Greeting from staffs with big smiles. Wonderful location with decent restaurants and brew garden nearby in walking distance. Feeling peach and secure while walking from hotel to nearby restaurants. Fantastic breakfast buffet with good variety tasty foods.

Room size is fine, just does not seems to be matching up with its price. Bed is comfortable, but unable to get suitable pillow even with pillow menu (either too soft or too hard)... Water for toilet flushing seems recycled (quite yellowish), luckily with no unpleasant smells.

Very convenient location in Electronic City in the South of Bengaluru. Friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to Kavya from the concierge team). If you have business appointments in that area, definitely to be recommend to save travel time. Great choice of restaurants, especially the 46 ounces brewery restaurant on the premises (special thanks to Winnie for her excellent recommendations on the evening of 15 April).

The pool area is nice, but offers little to no shade during the day. Some awnings and parasols would be helpful and easy fix to resolve this. Also there were only 3 sun loungers available which is to little for the number of guests at the pool later in the day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Oterra in Bengaluru and I must say it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel has the best ambiance, clean and comfortable rooms, and the world’s best breakfast. The location was minutes away from my office, so it was perfect. The staff are super helpful and warm. I forgot my shoes in the hotel room at the time of check out. They wrote to me about it and couriered it to my home. This the first time a hotel has done that. The breakfast was good.

Good location, clean, good services. Very good if you travel for work and your company/visited company is located to the Electronic City. If you are a tourist and you are planning to visit Bangalore you need to know that the travel distance to any touristic location it is minimum 1 to 2 hours (per direction).

Very noise during the day, they should not use the rooms at the 8th floor if on the top of the building there are construction work.

Mosquitoes. Lots of mosquitoes in common area and dining restros. Thankfully none in the room.

Hotel is well placed in terms of access to shops and restaurants and other facilities A very professional and courteous staff who knows the value of Customer Service Rooms are spacious, Bathroom and Toilet are well cleaned and maintained well... Valet Parking and Room Service are great Apology Letter and treats from the Hotel Management for the Inconvenience was a great gesture!!

Few Bad Things.. 1. Common areas like Foyer and even in rooms.. Carpet reeks of Mould smell and its a bit rancid some times 2. Breakfast spread is not that great, and few dishes like the south indian Idly and Crepes are not great.. 3. Chinese Items on the breakfast are literally pointless 4. Some Staffs needs more training for the breakfast service 5. IN Room Dining can have more options and remove those common Dishes on the list 6. Repair work caused an inconvenience and had to move rooms..

Scent in foyer was overwhelming. Spa has room for improvement. Ushered out very quickly post massage and the massage itself could have been better.
