very nice and helpful staff. they helped us checkin easily and helped us get cabs and told us where to go since our bus got cancelled. 10/10 excellent service. All extra amenities we asked for was also given (extra towels, water, etc) as prompted. The location is also peaceful and not much traffic to disturb you. The washroom had a water heater which was nice since the weather was very chilly during our stay.

Treebo cancelled my booking because it was asking to pay partially before reaching to property. But due to vacant rooms it was book at site. They don't bother the business etiquette,. So please don't write in your booking to pay at property.

I loved the fact that it is made around a vicinity which has everything available and in a reasonable price. I could just walk and have everything within 10 minutes.

This isn't particularly their fault but there was a lot of electricity fluctuation. The power tripped thrice a day too but I guess it was just one of an incident.

Room were spacious and clean , staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, location was good. Place is safe for women travelling alone as well.

My stay was Ok, hot water was not coming in my room after calling the staff they gave me another room food quantity was less please improve Staff was helpful

Towels are little bit dirt stains and there is only shower gel and shampoo need to add toothpaste for future stays
