Excellent property in Bhavnagar. We had taken a Premium rom. Slightly pricey, but the property is excellent and rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was also awesome, though like many restaurants in Gujarat, this would be pure veg, not even eggs. The Gujarati spread in breakfast was excellent apart from the usual south Indian and punjabi varieties. If you are coming from Ghogha Ro-Ro Ferry terminal, then this is under 30 min drive from terminal.

Nothing per say, though the price was a little on higher side for a city like Bhavnagar even factoring in the excellent property that it was.

Nice Breakfast, Good Location overlooking the vast expanse of Victoria Nature Park with a mall with restaurants & a movie theatre very close by. Nice, friendly staff.

At checkout there was only one person manning the desk at their stated check out time of 12 pm. If you know that people would be checking out at 12pm , then why would you not have more people manning the counters ? Also they forgot to adjust the advance paid at check in and I had to remind them to deduct the same from the final amount payable.

Cleanliness

The fact that the minibar in the room did not keep drinks or my medicines cold. I was told it was just to keep everything at room temperature….and to order ice to store my eye drops which required refrigeration. Bizzare right….after all why would there be a minibar fridge in the room? To keep things cold !!!!

Efcee Sarovar Premiere is located in a good area. The popular Victoria Park is just down the road and as is Muni Penda (definitely recommend getting their sweets if you happen to visit Bhavnagar). The staff is super polite. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Thank you so much for the complimentary pastries in our room!

The food isn't great. For a five star hotel, the quality needs to be at par. It's reasonably priced, but seriously lacking in taste.

The quality of hotel and rooms were fabulous. Food is amazing too. Worth staying.

The price on Booking.com was higher as compared to make my trip. Thats why iI booked another room with make my trip and saved almost 700 per room for two more days. Like 1500 for two days. Could have been betterly charged on booking.com.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Good location Friendly staff at check in

The Staff in restaurant were a bit slow and understaffed during early dinner. Just require a bit more training. Spa was overpriced. The therapists were below average and did not reflect the price charged.

One Employee didn’t meet my Expectations Reservations I had with 2 Rooms with 2 Adult, he would not take my word for it. He wanted to see E-Mail , after showing he took a picture.

Great rooms, Delicious food, Courteous Staff and Amazing location facing lush green park.

The restaurant (Victoria 23) is relatively small and hence become congested at times.

Very nice property clean and relaxing rooms .

Most of the staff are very helpful but you always get some who need to be told how to behave with guests .

It is really very well run, offering a relaxed feel whilst being of high quality.

The card machines seemed to have a little struggle but sho was a minor blip and all was sorted
