The location was fantastic , on top of the hill overlooking Bhimtaal lake. The rooms were well furnished , clean and had all facilities. The rooms had ample view of the lake , both from within and from the balcony.

The drive up to the property is through a very narrow road which will be difficult to negotiate for drivers who are new to hills . At some parts only a single car can pass and one has to back up to a more broad potion of the road to allow the other vehicle to pass.

The view from the hotel was outstanding... It's a great home stay option if you are travelling with your partner/family. Also, the food was tasty and the staffs were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay in this property.

Everything was good except the unavailability of AC's in the rrom and the approach road to the hotel.

Everything about the place was phenomenal. The view, the food, worth every penny spent. Staff was great, Rajesh ji & Vimal ji being the most helpful and kind people.

The property was at a beautiful location with view to mountains and Bhimtal lake both.. It was clean , nicely maintained with seating outside the rooms. Manager Lalit was always there for help, and service, the staff served breakfast with warm gestures. breakfast was very tasty just as home food.. staff was courteous and friendly..

One of the room was having some foul smell that was an off for us, as rooms were clean but that smell was constant for 3 days which was sorted with room freshners . the wash basin was clogged. Food has to be prepared on earlier notice, so food should be available instantly as in hotels.

Very good hotel with amazing view of the Bhimtal Lake. The food with breakfast and dinner were also good and delicious. Only the approach road to the hotel is narrow and you need to be careful while driving to the hotel. Overall had an amazing stay.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. Wifi connectivity was difficult to connect at times. We will definitely come back again next time. The location is fabulous.
