Everything was fantastic i forget the names had a great conversation front office the small girl during check-in , FOM , Afternoon noon gentleman with medium fair hight , night shift person , the guardman, and very humble and kindly take care by FnB team 3 person who served us are best and well take care , Housekeeping is superb the team person who service the room is superb with clean bed sheet and well clean washroom. Thank you and sorry team don't remember the names . who connect with me . Chef who cook the food we order thank you as he not in front we never saw his tasty chicken and Parathas is unparalleled.

The location of property is good for nearby businessman for official meetings and conferences ,it's easy to reach there and not much crowded ,the staff is too good ,very cooperative and helpful. But the room size for triple occupancy is not enough. .

Breakfast was very tasty and yummy, I stayed for three days and everyday they tried to change the menu so that you could not feel bored and curiosity was there, staff was very friendly and responsive.

Nothing as such moreover there were both sides front as well as back could be used as per your convenience, this was an added advantage. Not easily available in most of the properties.

The staff was very nice and well behaved and Deepak rawat is one of them. Easy check in or check out process.. morning breakfast was awesome. The overall experience in staying in this hotel was very nice and appreciated.

key card tends to stop working every day. had to call the f&b manager on his cell phone to place my in room dining order. slow Wi-Fi connectivity. they did my laundry without me filling up the laundry form, so I short if you keep used clothes in a laundry bag they will just send it to be cleaned and forms are not required like almost all the hotels. well I think it’s alright as it’s just a 3 star hotel.

Its beautiful rooms, the attention of the first level staff and its very good food for all tastes, even for foreigners like me, I like your Gym and pool

Everybody is very friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Only two points can be improved. Wlan: Could be faster Mini-Bar with other drinks ( bottled water available for free)

Swimming area is not functional, I booked the hotel mainly for swimming pool for my kid.

Variety and taste was good in the breakfast and rooms are very clean. Staff was very kind
