The staff kindly allowed me early check in, much before the scheduled time, since the room was empty. It is 1.3 Km form the Train station. The rooms are big. The restaurants are nearby. It is on the 2nd floor, but there is a lift. Unfortunately it was not working on day 1. Our train was quite late. They kept our luggage in a secured place without any fuss.

Location was both good and bad. Inside a very very congested market area. So it is noisy. You can hear the honking till 11.30 pm. Good, since it is 1.3 Km form the Train station. The wifi was not working. Intercom was not working. The staff was very cordial. You have to remind them of towel and soap. So they lack professionalism, which was compensated by their nice behaviour.

Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location 10 minutes walking from Bhopal Junction. Free WiFi is sufficiently fast and comfortably available from rooms.

Mosquito is a big problem, don't forget to carry your own mosquito repellant. A bit more maintenance of room walls can be considered. Exhaust system of room 115 was causing trouble to room 114, needs to be refurbished.

The staff was too cooperative. Whatever problem I told him ,he do it soon. He will understand your problem and don't let you upset. The behaviour was too good.

Bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket was not cleaned. It was not washed, even the towel which I got was used.

It was located the heart of the city, quite opp to Nadra bus stand and close from Bhopal railway station. Staff were courteous. Room pricing was good. Right in the middle of Bhopal's main market place .

The bathroom was real-rundown. the blankets, towels were cheap quality and looked old...the entire room looked cheap quality and not in very good shape.
