Everything about the property was value for money, location, food, room etc. The only clause of taking extra money for before checkin must be either compulsory or free, not subjected to availability which is nothing but extra money making unethical practice.

The rude behaviour of the check in or reception staff. The extra charge on packaged food products served in dinner on order and minimal room complimentary items such as water bottle or water warming kettle etc.

The staff was very hospitable. Rooms were very comfortable. For the price range, the hotel is very good. Staff was very good and helpful. Everything else was perfect for 1.2k.

Ambience could have been much better. Doesn't feel good to look out the window and see a terrace with garbage dumped. I would give the cleanliness 7/10.

Room was ok but clean ...there r no nob on fans regulater, and washrooms inner door handle was crack . Except this all good.

Food is also good but rate is to high due to other fab hotels in bhopal..

The hotel location was wonderful. The room was big spacious & clean. Situated near ISBT & Rani kamlapati railway station.

Front Office staff , who attended us and escorted us till the room, he was extremely helpful and very polite..
