This hotel is all good. New/fresh property. Close to markets and amenities. Free and secure parking outside of hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and keen to assist. Good value! This is an interesting city. So much to explore. The City of lakes and murals is quite clean ... even in the interesting older districts.

I respect that the hotel is new, but that is no excuse for the obvious lack of training for the wonderful staff. A little investment in training is necessary, but the training issue is not a reason to deter visitors.

Location is too perfect. Hotel situated on main road and This is number 1 hotel in bhopal in services and policies. You should also chhose your stay once here.

An exceptional property and overall experience. The staff is very hospitable and eager to assist in whichever way they can. The hotel has a nice vibe and is also centrally located as all the major places of the city are within 10-15 mins distance. So its perfect for anybody who wants to minimise their commuting time. Plus, there are many eating joints and shopping places in the vicinity which they suggest you. So you can ask them. The room service is extraordinary. Since i had to leave early I requested for the service to be expedited. The staff agreed politely and made sure i was served my food on time as requested without compromising on the taste and quality. No qualms. Great comfortable stay. If in the city Will definitely visit again!!

Hotel is newly constructed hence looks very neat & clean. Location is very good, it is situated in the main area of Bhopal (New market). Since I belong to Bhopal and had lot of office related work along with a leisure trip with family. Therefore Hotel location and comfort was very important for me. I was able to maintain perfect balance between both as offices (LIC, SBI, ICICI) and lot attractions are nearby (New Market, Shyamla Hills, Manav Sanghrahlay, lake View, Winds and Waves, Train Restaurant, Kamla Park, VIP road) all the places were max a 5 KM drive away and most of them were in less than 3 KMs drive.

While I will not say I didn't like it ....But these are suggestions to further enhance the guest experience .. 1. 'Room Service". Room service is little slow which needs improvement. At times one has to wait for more than 30 mins for food. 2. Hotel has a nice terrace, if the breakfast buffet can be arranged at the terrace that would be an added feature for the hotel. Guests can have the breakfast with the nice view of city.

Superb service and great amenities!!!! My entire check-in was smooth and rooms are well ventilated. Rooms are very spacious for a family of 4. The staff is very helpful. I had other plans for dinner but i stayed back and ate dinner with family at the rooftop which provided great views of the city and had a great ambience in the evening. The entire service team was really helpful throughout the entire stay.Definitely coming back!

Arrangement for breakfast in room. Extra charge despite confirming no room charges as discussed. Room upgrade was done, no propf given, at tike of check out th bill was higher and it got lot of trouble at time of check out

The staff is really very good. They are very attentive and they go out of the way to help the guests and make them comfortable. The hotel is newly launched so everything is clean.

There are noises! Most of the time some or other sound of their fans or motos from some other room or the road traffic. And they should have thinner pillows and better quality soaps.

This is 2nd time I have stayed here and it was once again good experience. 1.Good generous staff. 2. Within 500-200 meter facilities available Hospital, Theatre, Cafes & Resturant. 3. Liquor shop in 100m 😁

Restaurant staff was excellent well behaved and professionally proficient. Due to staff service I am rating high and minor things may be avoided in front of excellent service

The staff was really friendly, amazing hospitality . Hotel is fairly new and at a premium location.

Construction work was on so disturbed a bit. Since it is fairly new so slight issues in features as in hot water and AC. Test assured it's amazing place to be.
