Excellent ambience, staff were so gentle, pool side view absolutely a.amzing...Management invited us to join their guests' celebration , I liked that kind of courtesy of the invitation, overall my experience was better than i expected.

1. The bathtub was poor quality, when we entered the bathroom it was found wet, 2. We demanded a King Size bed but they offered us a twin bed with merging , that part was not comfortable in any cost., 3. The room's windows' curtains were half torn out which is not at all good in any sense. Kindly fix all these issues.

Staffers were good, courteous and well mannered , The rooms were tidy and hygienic, ,

they didn't contact us even after booking their property, When we were contacting them they were not responding. this is very disappointing. when we reached the property after 11 pm they dont have any dinner options to provide, only left with continental which is not good at all & we stayed with half hunger through out night, even dont provide any complimentary breakfast option.

The Property is located in the center of the city. It has a beautiful ambiance. We loved the view from the room facing the pool. Hotel has 24x7 room service (including food like pizza, pasta).

Nothing as such is bad about the property. It's value for money. The only thing I feel, is the room service price for food should be the same as the in-house restaurant price for the same item.

Great breakfast iptions, friendly staff

We were supposed to het a third bed in our room. But it was brought in late, and thete didnt seem to be much soace for it in the room. So we did without it.

Their staffs are very cooperative. Excellent services

They give preference to the South Indian food in morning buffet. Requesting to keep multi cuisine please.

Location is not good Renovation work is in progress and rooms and bathrooms are very old and not clean.
