Everything was on point.Location,rooms,staff😊😊👌👌👌. Everyone was very cooperative. We didn't know that there are extra charges for late check out and we also forgot to mention this thing while checking in that our train was in the afternoon of 13th(which eventually became so late that it came at 7 pm in the evening🙄). But the manager was so friendly that he explained us very well and charged minimal amount for late check out. He even took and kept our luggage safely for the time we went to confirm the late departure of our train. He was very kind and polite. I really enjoyed my stay there. My room had two big windows.. and a balcony too. It was so well ventilated🥰🥰. And the hotel is so nearby to the railway station that you will reach there within 10 minutes by walk. All the markets and other shops were very nearby. We were glad to find this hotel😊😊👌. And yes, I was so happy with their bed😃😃👌👌. It wasn't that kind of super soft bed which sinks inside by 2 inches when you sit or lie on it. That's not at all good for our back and spine. They had sturdy yet comfortable beds and I loved the mattress. So whenever I am coming back to bhubaneswar, I am definitely going to stay here only. There you so much Sir for all the support but I really forgot your name🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

The intercom of our room was not working properly but that wasn't an issue at all for me. And on first day when we ordered our dinner at 21:30, it came at 23:30. That's it. No other problem at all. I would still prefer Railview inn for my next stay😊.

The bed and room were good. They changed the room immediately on request. The wifi connection was strong and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom had an issue with the shower. The dinner was oily. Should work on it.

The location is fab, just in walking distance from railway station, neat and clean, and staffs are very supportive. Excellent hospitality.

Helpful staff, walkable distance from railway station from Platform 6 , in house kitchen with reasonable price food. 24 hours Reception availability. Clean and Hygienic rooms. AC always available.

Room-207 had used condoms and cigarette butts i would recommend staff to have the rooms better cleaned.
