In this upcoming property at NH16,things are not easily available, but the property is making all efforts for the overall comfortable stay of its guests. Staying at this property , is like dwelling in a botanical garden with absolute tranquility, fresh air and a superb botanical environment.

Nothing. The attitude of the unit, is positive, so whatever shortcomings at present are there, will be taken care in time to come

Overall Property was OK

Our room (304) had leakages and the flooring were broken 😢 Service was slow and I dragged my baggages on my own at the time of leaving as the service guy dint show up for more than 10 mins (not the expectation at 4 star property) the focus of the staff shifted completely on some TV actors when they arrived - other guest did not pay ??

Everything was excellent for the price. Plus, if you are tired and prefer to stay in your room, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner on the rooftop beside the swimming pool.

Experience was awesome.

Courteous staff, reasonable price, good food in restaurant. Clean room, comfortable bed,all facilities operational. A general store on site. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Spotty wifi.

Receptionist during our stay was exceptional, service was also very good . They even welcomed us very good . One of the best stays i have been to and the whole staff was great amazing. It was a pleasant experience. You can book this even if its far away.

Hygienic, no hustle bustle, attentive staffs and good quality food & service

Sound insulation in Guest rooms could be improved, you can hear the guy next room if he is singing

Usually i prefer to stay at Pal Height. But this time i had some work at Cuttack. Then i thought why i shouldn't try their another property. Finally it was an unforgettable stay like Pal Height. Everything was high quality.

Overall the hotel was neat and clean and maintained well, I would like to stay for my every trip in Pal height Mantra

Whole staff was so much friendly and I will not forget to mention Mr Santosh who has helped me in every aspect of my stay , Well Done.
