The breakfast spread was very good, the food was fresh and the service excellent. I would like to comment of the waffles I had, it was done very well and served with care. The food was hot and very tasty - hash browns, croissants, waffles with maple syrup and the choice muffins. The service was exceptional always with broad smiles and ever ready help at all times. special mention of Ms. Srijoni at the reception and the staff at the restaurants

The property boasts of spacious rooms, very tastefully decorated with all the necessary precautions given to the amenities provided. The view could have been better but I had to think a lot to identify what could have been better

We arrived ridiculously early and the staff worked hard to get a room ready despite being almost fully booked. This hotel isn’t just about luxury—it’s about warmth, comfort, and an impeccable attention to detail and as a guest you feel genuinely appreciated. The facilities are excellent, from the spotless rooms to the beautifully maintained pool, which is a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel has a restful, spa-like atmosphere. Friends in Bhubaneswar who were in other hotels were envious of our choice. What truly sets The Crown apart, though, is its people. The staff here don’t just do their jobs—they brighten your day. A special mention must go to Aminesh in the restaurant, who ensures every meal is a delight. Mohini and her reception team deal with every request effortlessly. And then there’s Amar, our chauffeur, whose care and knowledge made our half-day trip to the temples even more memorable. This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. If you want to combine luxury with genuine hospitality, The Crown in Bhubaneswar is unbeatable.

My stay at The Crown hotel Bhubaneswar was awesome.. comfortable stay, worth the money. the staff is highly helpful, courteous, polite and well mannered.. the food is good.. The restaurant & the bar both are sophisticated and comfortable.. I thank all the housekeeping staff; the girls & the guys at the Reception desk and Room Service for their excellent service.. Will recommend The Crown for a pleasant stay..

The location was great, quite close to the airport. It was well maintained and we got a premium room which was extremely spacious. The reception at the hotel in particular was quite good, we had a very good welcome experience.

There is a request to keep the hotel curtains shut from 9 PM to 6 AM as there might be cleaning happening outside, which felt a bit odd. The welcome drink was an extremely sugary fruit juice, but that is typical for most hotels.

Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful. Rooms were also nice and clean and they kindly provided a little baby care pack along with a cot we requested. They also went above and beyond to set up the room for an anniversary celebration. Was a nice stay.

Everything was great. Only thing was for the price point I imagined it to be a larger hotel. It was smaller than i expected. There was only one main buffet/restaurant area. A bar and small cafe was also available for coffees/cake.

They are really premium. After a tiring flight from Kolkata, upon coming here, I realized that I had two bookings (one was by mistake of course) and the way Amitab and Koyal from the front desk helped me won all my hearts. One of my bookings got cancelled without a single penny. They are neat and clean and their breakfast is so tasty that you want to devour and so various that you will be dumbfounded as to what to eat. Go stay with them and feel what it means to be hosted.

An excellent reception. Good Ambience. Staff was extraordinarily courteous. F N B was to our liking. The BF spread was too good. Loved the variety both V n NV. The room was very comfortable. Good room service & experienced aprompt Housekeeping. Overall a very satisfying stay at Crown, Just loved it. Keep it up.

I stayed at The Crown, Bhubaneswar for 4 nights and I was amazed with their hospitality from the get go. I have received a welcome at the entrance and the staff at front desk are exceptionally good. It took me less than 5 minutes to check in and they had everything ready and they were kind enough to accommodate my early check-in request. The property is top class with everything one could ask for and is maintained very well. The rooms are quite big with all new fixtures and features. What I liked the most is their staff behavior and their customer centricity. They welcome you with a smile on their face every single time. I loved staying at this hotel and will not look for anywhere else. If I can give more than 10 stars I would and thanks to the staff for this wonderful experience.

Very friendly and welcoming staff - easy and efficient check-in process. Bar was fairly cosy and had a wide selection of local and international drinks. Good selection of breakfast items - Indian and international buffet plus station for freshly prepared egg dishes. Area around the hotel was fine - some restaurants short distance away by auto.
