Breakfast was as per the standards and Mr Nair went out of his way to meet every requests made including when ordered room service. Mr Kailsh the Manager was very prompt, efficient & professional and he even provided BBC & CNN Channels as well as Wi-Fi in the room when it became erratic. His leadership qualities in grooming his staff are commendable . His staff like Mr Sanjeev & Santos in the front office and reception are following in his footsteps. Overall all the staff are very courteous, polite and very prompt.

Good courteous staff. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms and toilet. The Manager helped personally for my car booking. Good location with clean environment.

Nothing as such. One has to be careful while walking on the corridor, there are level differences at places one may stumble if one does not see the warning sign posted at such places.

It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The bed was too soft for the senior citizens. Hard beds would be preferable for a good night sleep. Nice ambiance and large rooms. The front entrance looks very attractive with beautifully greenery around.

At first there were some confusion created by one of the front desk staff regarding booking. Fortunately that was sorted out by the customer care. Initially had a bitter experience during check in.

Absolutely neat and clean with spacious rooms and a large parking area. The food in the restaurant is also good. Fresh linen and comfortable beds make your stay osy and comfortable. It ticks, all the right boxes for a traveller.

Cleanliness should be improved. Dusting in the room of furniture not done properly. Management should also cater to guide travellers or customers about the place, which was lacking.

It’s a beautiful unpretentious and well maintained space. The restaurant serves tasty food. Quiet location and close to the Japanese temple, Brahmakund, Pandu pokhar. Great service by the staff.

The best hotel in Rajgir with helpful smiling professionnal staff that will do their best to meet your needs. I recommend it to all Buddhist Pilgrims around the world

Sadly Rajgir Residency's bank accepts only Indian issued credit cards so as a foreigner be prepared for daily trips to the ATM !

The room was really good!

They put hair conditioner instructions on a bottle filled with moisturizer. I ended up applying moisturizer on my hair 😂😂

Location is perfect,near to Kund of Rajgir. The swimming pool facility is good, cleaning is good. The staff is nice. All meals available. Must visit place when you are in Rajgir
