The room size is awesome. They are very big rooms with white color everywhere. The bed size, space between the beds are good. Their follow up before the check in is nice. On our request they have provided an auto for us to reach. The first autowala Pappu Gupta is very good and cooperative. But the second guy, Kumar, he charged high. The price we paid for the hotel is worthy. And the owner is a retired officer and he is very cordial and guest friendly.

There is only one ac in the big room. So one bed is near the ac and another bed is far. there is only one fan in each room. they should put two ACs and Two fans in three bedded and four bedded rooms. Initially we were placed in a room in which the bed linen was dirty and full of mosquitos. then we complained the same to the owner cum manager. He responded very positively and changed our stay to other room. We booked a 3 bedded room and they allotted a 4 bedded one. Then they provided mosquito repellents.

White Lotus seems like a sanctuary in Gaya. The hotel itself is centrally located - in the midst of a marketplace, so ideal for business travelers. The area is a bit congested for holiday travelers, but the hotel management made it up in their willingness to make the stay very pleasant. The room was clean, and the rooms were well furnished. The food was ample in quantity and superb in quality. The staff are very friendly. While the existing furniture was adequate, the management went out of the way to create a nice bed for our mobility-restricted parent, and created a small leisure space outside our toom for having food and tea. We really appreciate this gesture! Thank you!

Amazing clean property with super helpful front desk Shree Hanuman ji. Most wonderful person with all the help required to make ur stay super comfortable. We had a 12 pm checkout which he extended for a couple of hours. Also helped in arranging lunch and dinner at the hotel as there is no restaurant at the property. Clean hygienic rooms. Centrally located property.

The place is like an oasis. It is located in a very busy and old part of the town. And suddenly you come upon this open white calming space. The owner Mr. Monazir was very warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs. He provided us with a tea kit and kettle at a very nominal charge of 100 bucks. The restaurant at the property was not yet functional. But that was not a problem for us. There's a bustling market and many formal and informal eating joints around. (see pic) The property is neatly built, functional and has no unnecessary frills. The area around is interesting to walk about and get a pulse of the city. There was a beautiful domed structure visible from my window which seemed historic. I could not find out more about it. (see pic) Barring the location which is a little away from Vishnupad and Mangla Gauri temples, it ticks every item on the list. It's quite easy to get an autorickshaw to take you to these places for about 100 bucks one way. Or you can take a shared auto for just 10 bucks.

Nothing much really. The staff can be a bit more updated - but that's a function of this region, not the hotel. It's the same with every other hotel (we stayed in another hotel too as part of a wedding party)

One of the best ever experience of the Owner himself making sure the guests do not have any issues. Cordial, great and most helpful staff. With multiple flight cancellations, and fatigue, the owner made sure we do not face any issues. Our heartfelt thanks. If we ever travel to Gaya again, this is surely where we would like to stay. we wish them all the best!

All good. No complaints

Staff were very helpful and tried their best to make our short stay comfortable. The room was fairly spacious and functional with a really good AC as well as an Android TV :)

Location is an issue as the hotel is in a narrow lane where cars find it difficult to come. Also during certain times of the evening this lane is totally packed with vehicles, making even any walking nearly impossible:(

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful . We all had a good stay.

There was no kitchen and the food provided was of poor quality.

Amazing staff helped me out a ton for Gaya Pooja and travels from and to the hotel as well. WAYYY above my expectations for a hotel in this price range. And great communication from their side.

There is no in house hotel and at my time of visit the banquet hall was not there for visitors it felt. Also the location is nice but the path to hotel is a little rough but not a big deal.

It is clean to the standards of Gaya town. Hanumanji is very good man and cooperative. In the clumsy and u high gene old city . It is properly named and it is like a clean lotus in the dirty pond

It is under construction,so need to get updated in rooms with chairs and table . It was dust due to work in progress .
