Everything went well. We were not sure about how the Hotel would be before our arrival, as I booked it solely based on the reviews on the internet. However, after arrival we found the hotel to be superly satisfying and it actually exceeded our expectations. We were 8 members as a family and the receptionist Mr. Rajesh was very flexible in changing the room configuration from what I originally booked from what I finally opted for. Rajesh also helped us in planning the local tour and arranged the vehicles on time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I definitely recommend Hotel Bodh Vilas to anyone who is visiting Bodh Gaya. This review I'm writing is purely voluntary and there is absolutely no pressure from anyone from the management of the Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bodh Vilas. The suite room was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff's behavior was exceptional—they were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Every meal was fresh and satisfying. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the Maha Bodhi Temple, the peaceful and quiet surroundings made it worth the stay. It’s an ideal place for those who prefer a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Hotel Bodh Vilas for 2 days in October, and it was a perfect choice. The hotel’s location is ideal, with all the major attractions of Bodhgaya nearby. Our room was spacious and well-kept, with a spotless bathroom and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The hotel went above and beyond by arranging our local sightseeing, including a well-organized Rajgir and Nalanda tour. Airport pickup and drop-off were seamless, thanks to the experienced driver and comfortable car provided. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Bodhgaya!

Airport pickup drop charges could have been a bit more reasonable. ₹900 for a 10km ride was a slight pinch on the pocket.

The owner of the property Mr.Raj Kumar and his entire staff (especially the cooks and food in the restaurant) are committed to ensuring best service and food to customers. we were delighted by the clean, warm, and comfortable room provided by this hotel. It was a cozy retreat that felt like a home away from home. Each staff member went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, adding a personal touch to our experience. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. Nestled in a quiet area, it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet remains easily accessible. This balance of tranquility and convenience is a rare find. Transportation was never an issue during our stay. With loads of tuk-tuks regularly passing by, we had the local flavor of exploring the city conveniently. Additionally, the property offers car transfers, which we found very handy for longer distances or when we needed a more comfortable ride. In summary, this hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable, and well-serviced stay with easy access to the city's heart. We highly recommend it and would gladly return on our next visit.

It's 3-4 km off the center (although my booking told me something else before), that makes it very calm and a short walk to an interesting monastry with outstanding status.

Not much sweet varieties for breakfast (pancakes, fruits), probably because not many western tourists stay there

It was lovely staying at this place. It was a bit interior in location but very clean, peaceful and supportive staff. Food was really good and freshly made, rooms were also quite big.

The staff was a bit impatient taking orders probably due to lack of other guests. Otherwise whatever they served was really good quality and with love.

It was off the beaten path, yet I enjoyed walking about 30 minutes through the rural villages to get to the main attractions like the Bodhi Tree. The all male was friendly and helpful. It felt like there were no other travelers which I enjoyed because it was quiet.

It was not as close to the main attractions, food, airport as I anticipated, yet it worked just fine.

The property is conveniently located. Not too close to the chaos and not too far. The staff and owners are very good and accommodating. We are Jain’s and required food to be prepped to accommodate our diet and they happily did so.

Location wise little far from.city but in a nice and calm place. A good parking space is available. Food was top class and they provide everything which you ask them . Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Bodh Gaya
