The staffs were very polite, gentle and helpful. An exception was that one of the staffs who answered my call before I placed the booking. He lied to me that one could have an extra bed in the room that I was going to book, which he upon my check-in tried to deny. He later apologized and the rest went smoothly. We ate lunch at the hotel's restaurant where they served excellent meal as per our order. We got an excellent deal and enjoyed the stay, closeby Japanese temple and 80 ft Buddha statue. The main temple isn't distant either. I highly recommend the hotel. I scored 4 stars on cleanliness because there were some moulds around the wash basin in the bathroom. Else no cleanliness or other issues.

A Warm Welcome, Large Rooms, Clean Rooms, friendly service, convenient location, this is a lovely Hotel. What more could anyone want ? I enjoyed staying here.I loved this hotel

Minor issue. and this doesn't detract from my Excellent Rating . Only one elevator used for Guests and Staff therefore the traffic can get busy at peak times. The good thing is the stairs are thoughtfully designed and easy to climb. Given the demography.(.aging pilgrims! not young holiday makers) It would be good to have another lift. Given this is an International Hotel with Guests from around the world, it would be a good service to them ....if the Reception is able to change india currency to smaller denominations. I'm not suggesting a Bureau de Change.though it would be nice..just have lots of small denominations of Indian notes available for Rickshaw and petty shops. As foreign visitors can't use Indian online payment services, this would be a "good service" to your customers.

The rooms were big and clean, staff were nice. Location is also good, pick up and drop service is good.

The food is worst than street food. Too much oil and no taste. They probably forgot to even put salt in Handi chicken. The hot water in tap wasn't coming often in the room, so had to call service guys multiple times. Same with the tv connection, they forgot to recharge the tv which is very wierd. It seems no one is monitoring these things.

This hotel, with its beautiful ambience of Buddha everywhere, immediately connects oneself with Bodhgaya and the purpose of our visit. It's Located near Bodhgaya temple, which makes it very convenient to visit this sacred place. On our request, at Reception, Amar Varma gave excellent service and also arranged a cab for us for our visit to Rajgiri and Kushinagar. Driver Mukesh Kumar did an excellent job.

1. The food is good . 2. Close proximity to all temples and monasteries . 3. Courteous receptionist personnel . 4. The environment is good. 5. Transport to the airport is available upon request ( I paid 1200 rupees for a solo taxi ride to the airport in CASH ) , and it takes around 20 mins to the airport . 6. For food and stay, we can pay through CARD Overall, it was a good experience 👍

Only one thing It was 11:40am and I was about to check out of the hotel room ( checkout is at 12pm) and was packing clothes in my room and washing face in bathroom . The personnel directly entered my room without ringing Bell . They entered bathroom and as soon as they saw me washing my face , they apologized and left the room . Please ring the bell before entering customer room . And please don't enter bathroom without knocking twice and checking if someone is inside 🙏 . If you see bags/clothes in the room , it means someone is there so please make sure you don't barge in. I was a solo traveller (male ) so the impact is minimal . BUT if it would have been someone else, it would have been bad situation .

The location of the hotel is excellent, almost all the tourist places, including Bodhi Temple, are accessible by electic auto. Food is good, We have our breakfast, and dinner at the hotel itself. Two Monasteries are just in front of the hotel.

The charges for (pick & drop facility) of private taxis provided by the hotel from the station to the hotel are very high whereas local transport is cheaper.

It is very close to mahabodi temple. Walking distance We could order food anytime and they will prepare and give in 15-20 minutes

Bathroom was not up to standard. Shower didn’t have hot water couldn’t close properly. Had a bucket and jug in the bathroom not sure what for.

The hot water in the shower was too hot and difficult to control. In winter it wouldn't be a problem, but in March weather it was a little inconvenient
