The facility lacks trained staff, although their were polite yet the finesse was lacking especially in the Restaurant.

There was a pool party arranged on some guests request at the property, but the loud ruckus and blabbering was very disturbing as the sound was heard in every room facing the pool. Moreover the garden was littered with waste, plastic plates, glasses and food packets (non-biodegradable) after their bonfire evening. All this made the quite, serene ambience very disturbing and I was compelled to speak to the reception regarding this. Also the menu choices in the restaurant was very limited, so we had to have our meals outside.

Rooms , swimming pool as a property very nice

Washrooms were not up to the mark. Tried for a rural look but the result was very shabby. Swimming pool area should be better lit in the evening time.

Everything about the property was so lovely…..from the location to the amenities, the pool, the restaurant, the food, the lovely playground…… everything was so so nice and relaxing……… will definitely visit again…. the room decor and the cake for our third marriage anniversary celebration was magnificient too……..

The location and The architecture of the resort are specially awesome, one can have the feeling of staying in santorini island,food was delicious but little bit costly,good and polite staffs ,memorable stay

The pool depth was quite deep for children, a children pool should be made

The room was very pretty and clean. The Washroom was very neat and clean as well. Room service was provided and very couple friendly.

The food was not good. Wifi was not provided for straight 2 days.
