Excellent Property. Highly Maintained one. Rooms are huge. Staffs are very cordial and attended calls within minutes. Firstly we were provided the ground level rooms, but on request immediately shifted to first floor without any apprehension (ofcourse suitable rooms were available). Yummy food with ample quantity. Evening cultural programs was so soothing and heartfelt.

1. Welcome drinks should be introduced. 2. Breakfast should have more specialties.

* Spacious rooms, well-kempt premises * Outstanding restaurant with very fine Bengali cuisine * Ultra-friendly waiters, some of which had valuable sightseeing tips * Complimentary 5 o'clock tea in the garden * A tribal dancing troupe came to perform on the night of Kali Puja. That was lovely.

Just a suggestion: It might help to keep insects out if the lights in the hallways were dimmed down a bit during the night.

the wide expanse of the property

the bathroom (showers) is unsafe as the floor tiles are very slippery . the bathroom tiles have been placed very badly and gives a b grade look to the room. the end of the room looks shabbier. the curtain looks shabby and the window at the rear hasn’t been cleaned for months. the manufactures sticker is still there

Good sized room and bathroom. It need a bit of TLC ( tender, loving care ).

No lift to go to upstairs banquet hall for breakfast. No drinks available. They don't have license to serve alcoholic drinks.

excellent behaviour of staff. the resort has a bouquet of meals to offer. Veg Shoktu and Prawn Curry were clear winners.

Staff did not help in getting us around Shantiniketan and Bolpur.

The amenities and rooms were extremely good. The property was beautiful

I liked everything but if they can improve the quality of rotis and include more continental food it would be great

breakfast was wonderful, the place was clean and safe

people jumping in the pool bare body, this should be stopped as sweat is a major concern , we didnt avail it after one day when we saw the condition.

Toddler friendly, safe, hygienic . Baby pool was great, my kid enjoyed a lot. No food or alcohol near pool was served, no loud music so we felt safe having a baby with us.

I found balcony and other outdoor lights are switched on till 8 am in the morning. Authority should be more concerned about saving electricity and thus saving the earth

The rooms were of standard size.The food was good.We loved the swimming pool, which was well maintained.overall a very good experience.we enjoyed alot🙂
