Perfect location and clean rooms and services by staff was excellent.

The rooms were very small and there was no view as such.

The parking experience was very disappointing. I had to park my car in a muddy area during the rainy season, which was highly inconvenient. The parking is surrounded by trees, and leaves kept falling on the car, making it dirty. It also felt unsafe, as there’s a risk of tree branches or wood falling on the car. The hotel should improve the parking facilities for guests.”

The staff were really friendly and helpful, photos were realistic and the location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach.

The only negative was that we were expecting the payment to be made through booking.com and it wasn’t, and then the hotel couldn’t take payments from international cards. It was difficult to find a ATM (they were out of service) so this caused us some issues, but the staff were good about the situation and didn’t mind that it took us a few days to be able to pay.

The Manager Mandeep Singh is a really friendly and helpful person. He went out of way to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. Other staff is also friendly with genuine smiles. Hotels is newly renovated and interior of the room is brand new and lovely. I had a fantastic stay.

No lift in the hotel. So, it was slightly inconvenient for my mother to climb stairs. However, staff helped by shifting our room.

Loved staying here. The apartments were perfect, and it was great to have separate rooms. Like home from home. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. There was no breakfast, but I'm not going to put that as a negative because I was aware when I booked. Just a 5 min walk to the beach, supermarket 30 sec walk. Near everything

Good location easy 2 min walk to main shopping/restaurant street and the beach (5 mins or so). Staff were vey friendly and helpful. Huge room. I booked a one bedroom apatment..masssive!!!

A little bit dated but no big issue

This is not a paid review or something if you're reading this I stayed for 5 days and everything was very good and excellent... Staff is very polite and respectful... My stay was beyond exceptional. I had the best time of my life in goa and like in waking distance everything is there nearby... I would love to stay again if I'll come to goa... 10/10 for everything... Thanks alot olive and staff

There are a few things i really liked about this property. Location: easily accessible by taxi, personal vehicles whether two or four wheelers. A beautiful calm beach sits just half a kilometer behind the stay. A good market in the vicinity to fulfill all your needs. Rooms: amazingly clean and comfortable and value for money. Stayed in the studio apartment room and extended the stay twice because it was that amazing.

Would have preferred restaurant at the facility

Nice layout on the rooms we had a studio which was plenty big enough for the two of us. Nice bed firm but not hard. The staff was very attentive to our request for the missing fridge and safe. They had 24 hour security, nice pool and yard. It was 1/2 block off of the main street yet very quiet. I would highly recommend this place. We had room 202.
