The room was very nice and spacious, access to the beach was easy and the beach itself is fantastic. We enjoyed the stay a lot. All the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Both swimming pools available were clean and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is fine + there are many options in the walking distance in the village (including also supermarket).

Despite there was an info about the payment during the reservation (that it is completely covered by booking.com) as I supplied my credit card, we had to pay the deposit on the website of the hotel. There was also some confusion on the booking of the shuttle from the airport - for the trips from the airport I can safely recommend to take uber/taxi from the airport (GOI is about 1hr away, GOX even closer).

Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and all the beach shacks, the staff are very attentive to your needs, Bali in the restaurant is amazing catered for every need...

The only down side was we booked 3 rooms, 2 for our grown up kids and 1 for us.. they stayed for 4 nights and had to head back to the uk and we stayed for a further 3 days... they asked to clear all bills even though it was put onto our room.. never heard off clearing bills before the main room checked out... no trust factor..

EVERYTHING, The resort was well kept with green lawns and shrubbery. The room was big, the bathroom was big, it had a balcony with seating. It had 2 pools, a large central pool (which was great) and a smaller one that we didn’t try. The staff were amazing especially the restaurant staff who were all really friendly, the food was amazing and was cooked perfectly to our Pallett. Big shout out to Kiran who was very helpful throughout our stay. We had a massage during our stay which again was amazing. Thank you all for a great stay !

Staff very friendly, rooms cleaned to good standard, clean towels every day. Nice pool.

Contacted hotel weeks before arrival to request early check in but got no reply, subsequently had to wait over 2 hours for earliest check in. Not enough sunbeds by pool. Public can buy in for a pool day for a fiver and get a sunbed which leaves you without. Had to sunbathe on a mattress one day. Breakfast is supposed to finish at 11 but an several occasions was cleared away by 10:30.

The staff (except reception staff) were amazing 👏. Very compfy bed, great shower. Good location.

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. I'm 57 years old, so I have travelled a bit and I've never suffered such cold people even with just simple requests. Don't let it put you off booking though, the rest of the staff were fantastic and hopefully the reception staff will have been on a customer service course by the time you arrive.

There is nothing not to like its beautiful. The hotel it clean and well presented. Staff are all polite and ready to help in anyway they can. Bali and his restraunt and Bar team are very welcoming and kind. The Reception staff are amazing and will do anything to help or just have a friendly chat. Cleaners and gardeners were all very warm and kind. Overall the hotel.is a well located place to stay close to the beach and bars and restraunts.. There is a taxi service outside the hotel and can also rent a scooter from the hotel witch for us was brilliant. I cannot fault this hotel will definitely recommend and would stay here again. 👌

Breakfast is delicious with variety of dishes available in buffet. Restaurant food quality is very good. Rooms are ok, lights are dim you need bit brighter lights. Balcony is safe for kids. Rooms service is great, everyday cleaning. Almost all rooms are with pool view. Beach is hardly 100 meter away. Pools is amazing, they have 2 pools and you can spend most time enjoying in the pool. Will visit again :)

Lovely hotel with rooms overlooking the pool and sea. Short walk to beach and shacks. Hotel was clean and pools were good, especially liked the one opposite our room which was always quiet. Lovely gardens and well kept. Staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Gabriel from reception who went out of his way to get me a mattress topper as I have a bad back and the mattress was a little too hard for me. Shower was wonderful, great pressure and plenty of hot water ( not always the case in India)

Liked everything. Would be nicer if The gate at bottom of garden was open for guests but wasn’t a problem for us.

Big room, comfortable bed and really good water pressure for shower. 5 mins walk to the beach. There's amenities ie .swimming pool and gym and a restaurant. We wanted to drink on our own by the beach and the staff were quite accommodating in providing ice and even at closing hours, they allowed us to buy beers

There's no separate shower gel and shampoo. It's one container for both, suggest you bring your own toiletries.

A really nice all round hotel, the pool is pleasant, bar and restaurant are good and great value. I was moved room on request to a room with a window / balcony, as the first allocated room was without a window which I didn’t like. The main asset are the staff, without doubt some of the best service we’ve ever had and they’re genuinely really nice people.

Perhaps clean up the seating area around the pool in time for the start of breakfast, if you get up before 0830 you’ll notice the detritus of the guests from the night before.
