I liked the staff, very courteous and super helpful and the restaurant as well as reception. The people at reception were also the best, most responsive, most accommodative and helpful staff!

1. The restaurant offers Dettol wet wipes to clean hands after food. This is an environmentally unfriendly practice. These wipes are made of polyester fiber and when they go into the system it is not only non-biodegradable plastic but unlike other plastic like bottles this is non-recyclable. These clog out water bodies and enter our systems including human bodies as micro-fibers which is one of the biggest environmental threats to the environment. Finger bowls with lemon are the best.

We recently stayed at Red Redison and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was a true highlight—delicious and full of variety. Every meal exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Whether it was breakfast, or dinner, the quality and presentation were consistently top-notch. The hotel is very nice, with all the facilities you'd expect of a high level hotel. Rooms are extremely comfortable and large, bathroom is very nice with toiletries, compleentary tea and coffee facilities in the room, WiFi excellent, breakfast delicious (we paid for it, wasn´t included in the price). The hotel is next to a commercial centre, and relatively near the airport, in Mohali. Staff are friendly, and breakfast there are many people helping. The pool table is very cool!

We asked for a shutlle from the airport, as advertised on Booking, but they claimed they didn't have one, instead offering a car transfer that was overpriced. Same to go to the train station. Local prices are a lot cheaper, athough the quality is prbanly higher. The waiters at breakfast were a bit too on top of us at times. The hotel is far from the centre of Chandigarh. The quaity is high, the price too.

The vibe of this place is very youthful and you realize that as soon as you step in. The meals were great. We were travelling with family members with dietary restrictions which were more than taken care of by the chef and his team (prepared special meals to cater to their requirements). The buffet spread for dinner was amazing

The discount on meals for guest was lower than what they were offering on Zomato. Could be an area of improvement. Nothing particular other than that

Nice room with a good outside view. Housekeeping was great. Food during lunch and dinner was very good. Nice ambience. Good mall just across the road.

The breakfast - While there was a good spread of items for breakfast, the quality was not so. The south Indian dishes were mediocre. The idly was pathetic and so were the chutneys. The battura was not anywhere close to what we get in a Haldiram outlet. The watermelon juice seemed too diluted and too sweet (seemed like much sugar added). The fruit spread was good so were the cereal counter, Kulcha chole was good... enjoyed the masala tea. During rush hours at breakfast, in case you have a specific order (and though they will note down your table number), do not wait for it at your table. Better stand patiently near the counter and take it right there. The coffee counter near lobby felt out of place.

I actually had a brilliant stay for 2 nights. From arrival in taxi to the reception all staff exceedingly polite and helpful!! The inroom dining was really the best, hot and tasty, beats all the other food in the 5 star hotels I've stayed at in this area. Actually properly made, I highly recommend the chicken lentil soup and garlic bread. I really could continue..

I relied only on in room dining, which had a varied selection of food and service was very good.. Hpuse keeping was excellent as was all other things. The bed was actually so comfortable. Checking was smooth and I was very well looked after Rupinder from reception Infact it was so good I booked another night.

Check out was another matter, I am sure a hundred percent it will be rectified! My bank card was used as a deposit but I paid cash, for my two separate bookings but when I got to my destination I realised they hadn't mentioned my card and that they were still holding my money. I rang up and reminded them and spoke to a woman ( I am not going to name her ) all I was asking when they had actually reimbursed it, quite a simple question but she wouldn't say and actually hung up the phone!!! In the end I managed to speak to the manager who in the end did help me out. But please hanging up on a customer is really not the way forward. Nevertheless I loved ur hotel and look forward to staying with u again.... reguards

Excellent hotel, spacious and modern rooms with superb view . In room dining is expensive but you can ask for a discount they generally give 10-15% They have a nice gym and a decent swimming pool next to it . The soundproofing can be improved as one can hear the noises in the room of people talking in the corridor . Breakfast is the one of the best in tricity considering the price range of the room. Three types of fresh juice , everything you can think of . The location is good for someone having work in the nearby area or looking for hotels near airport, however from Chandigarh point of view location is far

Overall very satisfied with stay and facilities. We used the pool and gym everyday. Nice to have the lounge areas near the lobby for relaxing or doing some work.

There were no keys with the lockers in the locker room when we used the gym. So it was not possible to secure things. We had to bring everything with us to the pool or in the gym area. Last time we visited there were keys attached to each locker but this time not a single key attached to the lockers. Also, the steam room is not really set up to sit in and be comfortable.

The property is very well maintained. Housekeeping is great and so are facilities. Breakfast is also really nice, covers all that you would expect from a hotel of this class. Location, gym, pool all are really good.

There is some tv sounds from the adjacent rooms coming in which can disturb if you are trying to sleep. There is no noise proofing in the rooms.
