Everything from start to finish. I was greeted with a watermelon drink which was very nice. I am from England so I was abit hesitate at first at how the hotel would be or if it would have any smell but honestly I felt like I was in England that's how good the hotel was. I loved the facilities and I loved that they had a pool table and a singer in the evening playing hindi songs. They had a bar that was open till late. I loved everything and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing i didn't like, tbh I just got off on the wrong foot with reception at checking in because they asked us for id and my visa. I didn't know they wanted to see all that, so I didn't bring any with me. I don't carry my passport with me all the time. But anyway, it was sorted quickly. one thing I would point out near the swimming area they have two outside showers. They should have put non-slip mat near the other far end shower because I slipped up because they only had non-slip mat running up to the first shower. That is the only thing I would change so people are safe.

The property was modern, clean, and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable short stay

There was a power cut during our stay, which was particularly concerning as it happened just as we were about to enter the lift. Although the power resumed shortly after, the lift itself did not come back on. We were surprised to learn there was supposedly no staircase available, although we eventually located a fire escape stairwell ourselves and used that to reach another floor. When we raised the issue with staff at receptions, they seemed unaware and quite oblivious to the seriousness of the situation — as if it was a normal, everyday occurrence. Being stuck in a lift, even temporarily, is not something to be taken lightly in a hotel of this standard. The lack of urgency and clear communication was disappointing.

They are thoughtful with some small details and the breakfast spread is pretty good though the wait for chai & parantha are long. Lots of staff here but maybe not the most efficient. C'est la vie, it's India. We enjoyed the live music during breakfast buffet. The dinner menu is spendy but the dal mahkani was excellent. Might stay here again but it's not a high priority.

Please give two room cards when two guests check into the same room. We were sneered at by a staff member when we asked for a second card.

I liked the staff, very courteous and super helpful and the restaurant as well as reception. The people at reception were also the best, most responsive, most accommodative and helpful staff!

1. The restaurant offers Dettol wet wipes to clean hands after food. This is an environmentally unfriendly practice. These wipes are made of polyester fiber and when they go into the system it is not only non-biodegradable plastic but unlike other plastic like bottles this is non-recyclable. These clog out water bodies and enter our systems including human bodies as micro-fibers which is one of the biggest environmental threats to the environment. Finger bowls with lemon are the best.

We recently stayed at Red Redison and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was a true highlight—delicious and full of variety. Every meal exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Whether it was breakfast, or dinner, the quality and presentation were consistently top-notch. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable!

It’s definitely a five star hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful.

We requested a crib in our room before check in through our booking and again twice when at the hotel. We were told by reception that it will be sent to our room but it never arrived. We were also only given two towels so had to call for extras each day. Those were delivered. Breakfast we came at 10:10 and felt like we were being rushed with staff starting to remove items off the breakfast buffet by 10:20.

The hotel is very nice, with all the facilities you'd expect of a high level hotel. Rooms are extremely comfortable and large, bathroom is very nice with toiletries, compleentary tea and coffee facilities in the room, WiFi excellent, breakfast delicious (we paid for it, wasn´t included in the price). The hotel is next to a commercial centre, and relatively near the airport, in Mohali. Staff are friendly, and breakfast there are many people helping. The pool table is very cool!

We asked for a shutlle from the airport, as advertised on Booking, but they claimed they didn't have one, instead offering a car transfer that was overpriced. Same to go to the train station. Local prices are a lot cheaper, athough the quality is prbanly higher. The waiters at breakfast were a bit too on top of us at times. The hotel is far from the centre of Chandigarh. The quaity is high, the price too.

The vibe of this place is very youthful and you realize that as soon as you step in. The meals were great. We were travelling with family members with dietary restrictions which were more than taken care of by the chef and his team (prepared special meals to cater to their requirements). The buffet spread for dinner was amazing

The discount on meals for guest was lower than what they were offering on Zomato. Could be an area of improvement. Nothing particular other than that

I actually had a brilliant stay for 2 nights. From arrival in taxi to the reception all staff exceedingly polite and helpful!! The inroom dining was really the best, hot and tasty, beats all the other food in the 5 star hotels I've stayed at in this area. Actually properly made, I highly recommend the chicken lentil soup and garlic bread. I really could continue..

The property is very well maintained. Housekeeping is great and so are facilities. Breakfast is also really nice, covers all that you would expect from a hotel of this class. Location, gym, pool all are really good.

There is some tv sounds from the adjacent rooms coming in which can disturb if you are trying to sleep. There is no noise proofing in the rooms.
