I had booked a 'Family Room'. For a change, the room was exactly as it appeared in the photos!!! (Usually rooms appear bigger in the photos, but turn out to be tiny). There was a spacious balcony and care had been taken to shield the room from the public. Breakfast buffet has adequate choices. Staff is very polite. In fact, late at night when I asked the hotel staff for a paracetamol, they went to the nearby pharmacy and brought it for me. Wi-Fi is good. Car Wash is available on request.

It is NOT the fault of the hotel -- But there is an Evangelist usually standing opposite the hotel gate, requesting people to give up their religion and convert to his religion. It is the divine festival of Navaratri. We went there to visit famous temples like CHANDI Mata and MANSA DEVI. Its kind of irritating when, you step out of the hotel and some preacher tries to convert you. If possible, IF possible, the hotel should stop evangelists from preaching right opposite their gates.

Great value and friendly staff. Use this as our starting and stopping Location for spiti Valley tour. Everybody was nice. Decent hotel at a reasonable price. Extra bed with a large sofa, and a mattress topper. My daughter said it was very comfortable. The food was good. Easy to catch a electric rickshaw to downtown. Or get to the airport

Nothing. We had a family room, and it was great. Comfortable for three. Sometimes hard to find these in India.

The staff is super professional, efficiently fulfills all your needs without ever being too pushy. The room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The suite feels royal, better than 5 stars.

When I moved from the suite to the double room (I stayed one night at the suite and then changed), I received a room that was stinking of cigarettes smoke, and its floor was very dirty. I complained, and was shifted to a room that was perfect, like the suite was. I couldn’t understand this extreme difference of standards between one room to another, but I gave the hotel high scores because when it was good it was simply perfect.

It was a little way from the centre but staff assist with taxis. However it is close to the bus stand for buses to the north do convenient if you are heading to the hills by bus.

The bed, shower, staff and outside balcony were all exceptional. They kindly let me check out late at no extra cost. The desk and office style chair were very useful.

Although the AC in the restaurant was clean, the AC in the room was not, there was significant outgassing of the coolant, my asthma was badly affected from using it during the hottest part of the day (45C) and I could not use it at all at night.

We stayed two nights to visit Chandigarh and for transit. Very clean, nice and helpful staff, no issues with water or WiF, very good value for money (35 Euro). …wishing hotels like this would exist close to Delhi airport (for overlays).

My elderly super senior citizen mother and I enjoyed the stay at Hotel Cama and thank you for taking best care of my mothers old age needs. Sincerely appreciate. Price is high

The hotel is neat and clean, well behaved staff. Most importantly the check out time is 12 pm which is often helpful. The breakfast is good.

Stayed here twice…On way to Spiti Valley. Would highly recommend as a moderately priced hotel.

Halfway between airport and downtown. But worked out for us.
