The property was clean and the staff were helpful. My travelling companion was unwell. The staff were helpful in extending the time of our stay to allow us to extend our check out time (at a negotiated additional cost). Our room was comfortable.

I attempted to eat at the on site restaurant, (without a booking) however, the local residents were given priority over me, I was ignored and left without supporting them. I was disappointed in what I perceived to be rudeness and discriminatory behaviour.

The hotel was far better than my expectations. The bed and beddings, bathroom etc was clean and the food was finger licking good!! I would always stay here whenever in Chandigarh. Parking is available and the location is very central. Great property.

The staff could be trained better. They give strange looks when you first approach the reception desk and behave kind of rudely until they ensure that you are same person as mentioned in the booking. Leaves a little bad taste in the mouth.

Modern, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet style with omelette etc on request. Restaurant very popular in the evening and lovely food. Staff mostly helpful depending who was on the desk. Hotel on a road with many shops including Levi’s, Tim Hortons etc close by. Good location but need transport for sightseeing. Easy to hail a tuc tuc. Good location for bus station.

Please don’t butter or add the jam to toast. Allow us to do it ourselves! Card machine not working for international credit cards so had to pay cash.

Location was super and the food and room was great but 2nd time when we stay @ same hotel and the room was not that great ROOM:108(Ac was not working and the bathroom shower was broken and we have to to order more water and call them every time why ? They Should give more water in the Room Why should we always called housekeepping and room service Why?

Decent sized rooms very close to market area. Suitable for tourists who are looking for a stop over. Closer to airport also. Good food, good service.

It took very long time for hot water to come from the tap to take shower. So I wasted a lot of water unnecessary just to wait for hot water to come.

The modernness of the room was excellent.

There was a few hairs we found around the room, on the side table next to the bed, a few in the bed and on the duvet. The shower floor also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as there was dirt

Location was a little far out but that's what Tuk Tuks are for so really no complaints

it’s located in a good surroundings and all places to visit are accessible

we faced problem with the bathroom. The water did not drain out fast. even during bath the water use to pile up. we have informed the reception staff and they have assured to resolve .
