Property is very nice. Location is very good. Staff is awesome. Very professional in their approach. Behaviour is very polite of every staff from reception to house keeping and Restaurant. They make u feel welcome and at home... Restaurant staff especially Mr Paras, Mr Gautam, Ms Bandan, Ms Harleen.. they ar an asset to the hotel.. Food is of very good quality and served Fresh every time... food spread is far better than other hotels I have stayed in... I would recommend this hotel to every person travelling to chandigarh or Mohali in punjab, India.

Check in staff was efficient n prompt..esp ms sandli..n mr moustache mgr.. Room size was good n so were the ammenities.. Staff at the dining are was helpful..n the spread was good..

Souyh indian..ie dosas ..idli..sambhar..vada etc needs to be be improved..preparation needs a lot to be desired..live counter was not adept at making dosas..was.a total novice.. Repeatedly pointed out about the flies near the cut fruit n cheese counter but no one aid any heed

The facilities provided are worth every penny. The kitchen staff is really good and welcoming. The prompt service on call was good.

This is just a suggestion, the front desk employees should smile often while greeting the guests. They seemed either not interested or there might be another reason behind it (i don't know). I have stayed at 5 star properties before and from that experience i am suggesting this. A smile on the face while greeting a guests goes a long way.

Everything was excellent about my stay, except the breakfast which I requested to be packed as I had to check-out early morning. The breakfast items could've been much better. I precisely asked for less but good breakfast.

The quality of the breakfast and the way it was packed. Extremely ripe bananas, four poor quality sandwiches and bakery items all packed together in one aluminium foil sheet.

The location is very good. It's closed to my customer's house and business. The room is good, clean, and comfortable. I'm impressed with the staff as it's pretty fast checkout as I could pay when I checked in comparing to other hotels I have been to in India.

It's noisy after midnight because there's a wedding and the kids were running around the hallway. There's not much choice for breakfast and it took a long time for my omelets to be made even though there were only two people sitting there.

Great 5star hotel! We had at the beginning problems with AC (when we came into the room it had 16 degrees!!!), but after a while they could solve it

After 4 weeks without alcohol (great), we took a drink in the bar. I didn’t taste any alcohol (which would have been fine), but no taste of gin for INR 750 is a bit strange… But: it was my problem, so no complaints!

Staff behaviour was so nice and elegant , the rooms was neat and clean and one thing which I like that they have upgraded our room from non bathtub room to bathtub room.

There is a thing which create disturbance is the another gate in the room that was connected to the another room due to which the noice were coming and we were not comfortable because of that.

The property was beautiful, cozy, well nestled. The whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and helpful. The food was very delicious. The breakfast was also amazing with lots of options for kids. The Indian Tea was specifically refreshing and tasty. The room service was excellent.

There was nothing to be unliked.

The location was good, rooms clean and as advertised.

Ordered room service and the service help disturbed 5 times for the bill as their card machine was not working on wifi connection. The 5 times was separate from the 3 calls from restaurant for the same issue. Totally spoiled our moods and was a glitch in the stay.

Very nice, comfortable room. Had to leave before breakfast time in the morning, but the staff at reception were kind enough to pack a very generous breakfast for me to take away.

I was under impression that the hotel is closer to the airport than it actually was, at least when you access it by car.
