I recently stayed at Comfort Park Inn in Koyambedu and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply stunning, breathtaking views of the ocean. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend Comfort Park Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the center of city

Room can be bit more spacious. Not much amenities like toiletries like soap, however can be bought just few steps outside the hotel.

I stay one day. Second floor room no 318. Everything is good. Most important a/c is not work completely. Totally disappointed with a/c. Otherwise all good

Regarding the cleanliness and size of the room it was pathetic..not value for money..we booked for 2 days but we just stayed for a single day.

The location is perfect if you are looking for something in Koyambedu. The main bus stop and market are at walking distance. Metro is also close.

For some reason, our room had three single beds for two occupancy. The three beds made the room just big enough to walk across. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. Because of the size of the bathroom for someone with a height of 6’ foot, sitting on the toilet was difficult. I paid 2.200 rupees for a night which I feel was too much for an average room. I travelled by car but the staff at the hotel wasn’t pleased that I bought a car as the parking was full but while booking I clearly mentioned that I needed parking and on the Booking.Com site also the hotel clearly mentions that they have parking available at the site.

There's nothing to like about this place!

It is old and shabby. It is accessible from the main road via a dirt track, littered with faeces. The room they initially assigned to me was disgusting; the ac was not cooling, the bed sheet appeared discoloured, worn and tattered. I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the floor. They shifted me to another room that was marginally better (though that's not the appropriate word) than the first. However, the bathroom was something to behold: the plumbing and toilet fixtures looked so old and soiled that one could be forgiven for thinking it was installed the previous century. I had to beg for toilet paper. There was no wifi service, and the manager indicated there had been issues with it in the recent past. Whilst Booking said there would be free breakfast, the staff said there was none available. The area surrounding the hotel was filthy. The staff, however, was pleasant, and one could easily see how uneasy they became when I started questioning them and pointing to the facilities' shortcomings. They kept saying this property was recently acquired, and they were in the process of upgrading it. Why accommodate guests in such an unsuitable facility? The lift was not working when I was checking out; instead I had to tote my two suitcases one floor down the stairs to the lobby which was being painted and I had to risk descending the staircase which had tarpaulin spred over it to catch dripping paint. My experience at this facility can only be described as surreal.
