Staff were very cooperative and good both at reception and restaurant. Property was clean and neat. Good location. Food was good, they have a small restaurant. Nearby there is a super market, where you can get everything. All remotes were working properly. AC performance was good.

Rate is little on the higher side. Washroom needs deep cleaning. Water bottles are refilled and kept, those bottles have a greeny layer at the bottom and reflects that they are not cleaned or bottles are filled with water, days together and kept, instead proper water bottles 2 litres per room per day can be supplied, which should be cost effective and also healthier.

Kind, welcoming and generous staff were impressive. Among them was Mr. Swaminathan, receptionist, whose kindness made feel at home even after some misunderstandings between me and the hotel.

Needed to provide correct information on the hotel, e.g., the distance from the hotel to the international airport and description of the area around the hotel which is not commercial area. It might be travel agencies responsible for not making tourists confused in terms of the said information with room conditions including breakfast or no-breakfast.

Floressa Randa is a 950 metres from the main road and the approach road is not that good. Once you reached there its pleasant. Its a new property, clean and well maintained. Staff are polite and helpful. Its good for solo travellers and for business trips . Restaurant is small and the food served is good at that budget. . Will definitely go again as its near to SRMC

I loved the hospitality we were given. The staff were friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The support from the reception, Security and the kitchen staff exceeded my expectation.

The only minor issue was staffs other than the reception had difficulty communicating in English. but this was understandable as most of the people in the city had difficulty communicating in English.

GExcellent room. I traveled with my family and they loved the room, food and the service. We booked a deluxe room, it had a bedroom with attached bathroom and a living area with kitchen. Kitchen had all the facilities like stove, oven, fridge, RO hot water. Living area space was ample with 2 sofas and a TV. Bedroom is good with all the necessary facilities. Service was excellent, whenever we called the room service we were attended promptly

Bathroom could've been a little bigger. Road to the location is not that good - but both these are not a big issue.

The hotel was clean and quaint with amazing food options and availability of food for late-night hunger pangs.

Drinking water was very limited in the room, also washroom needs to be more cleaned, and restaurant should remain open till 11 P.M. (open till 10 PM is not accepted)

Mr swaminathan was very decent at receiving the customers and so polite.And very helpful.
