Everything is perfect: Very polite and gentle spirit feel with Mr. Kishore & Mr.Raju support during stay. We are traveling with a senior citizen and Ravi Singh from room service has taken care of the same, in-time room service, assisting them with all requirements. Very humble nature & respect for all guests. Rooms are clean and maintain proper hygienic conditions. Quickly Check-in/Check-out procedure. Breakfast is very good, every day it's a different variety and with a warm welcome and service support by Mr. Sugu in the canteen. Specific Rava Khichdi and Puri-bhaji were so delicious.

The location is interior side and needs a proper signboard from the main road, Without google maps it is a very tough task to identify the location. We are traveling by self-drive car, at least in the morning someone helps to clean it. It will be considered more comfortable for guests like us.

I asked for water bottle and a knife to cut the tag but he didn't showed up, there are two buildings so the arrangements are not good in the one I stayed.

Couldn't take breakfast due to our schedule and hotel Couldn't provide breakfast as 7am as asked.

Excellent location, Close to Hotel Feathers where I had an event to attend. Clean, cosy rooms with no frills. Worth the value of investment made.

Good staff proactive and followed up well until we reached past midnight The bfast is good and feedback is well recieved. Definitely they can make option for coffee/ tea in the mornings atleast considering they have 58 rooms and in a residential area you can't just walk by to coffee shop as there are none close by. Over all a decent value for money, neat, tidy and hospitable staff. ( Kumar the manager is good)

The curtain in my room had stains, I had to retreat for water bottle everyday only then it was given to me, the intercom didn't work and so it was hard to communicate with the hotel. Everytime I had to personally go to get things done

There was no lift and I had to climb 2 floors every day twice or thrice basis my need.
