I recently stayed at Adin Residency during my business trip to Chennai, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Here's why: 1. **Polite and Accommodating Staff**: The staff at Adin Residency are incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly stood out although in the beginning langauge was a barrier, they made me comfortable in no time at all. **Convenient Location**: If you're attending an event at the Chennai Trade Center, this is the place to stay. I literally walked my way to work and back for most of my stay **Serene Atmosphere**: Adin Residency is nestled in a calm neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a peaceful retreat after a busy day. **Zen-Like Room Furnishings**: The room decor is minimalist and Zen-inspired. Ample charging points for all my gadgets was a super plus point. In summary, Adin Residency offers excellent value for budget travelers. I highly recommend it for its friendly staff, convenient location, and serene surroundings. 🌿 .

**Room for Improvement**: While there's no in-house cafe, I believe adding one would enhance the overall experience. A cozy spot to grab a coffee or light meal would make Adin Residency even more attractive.

The breakfast they provided at both days at our stay was amazing. They have taken it very serious and the breakfast was tasty and presentable.

The location where the property is at is a bit too left out and could freak out an older or reserved type traveller. Please consider on the bad smell coming from washrooms as well

The staff person was extremely helpful and did his duties really well. Was very courteous and helpful.Much appreciated.

The rest room can be mada a little more neat and more amenities provided like soap kit etc

Breakfast - we opted for Bread Omelette. It was brought and served. Location - 1.5 Km to Chennai Trade Center. (CTC) Property inside pure residential area no autos etc. Ola Uber Rapido guys dont come .. The Lady arranged transport @ 200 to CTC quick and efficient.

Location - difficult to get Autos to go CTC.

Great stuff, kind and helpful, breakfast was given as surprise, tasty :) very nice place to stay next to airport, surprisingly quiet. They took care for everything I needed.

I was travelling with my husband for a conference in Chennai & I had booked for two guests but when I got the confirmation I was shocked to see that the number of guests had changed from two to one. I had to pay extra after reaching the hotel. I felt cheated.

Ambience, amenities, calmness of the locality

Location is faraway from main road , so difficult to get autos or cabs

The reception person was very helpful, with food transport everything. Everyone spoke good English, so communication was not a problem at all. Property was close to Chennai trade center, within a km.

Room looked little small, but ideal for my purpose.

The food was really good, just like home food. The location was also quiet and peaceful. The room had a view of the river. The staff was also kind and helpful during my stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay and location of the property is good, washroom are clean and well maintained. Staffs were very cooperative and breakfast is good
