Hospitality from the receptionist and team were outstanding. Felt more welcoming. Every request we had was met with good communication.

The main road is very far from here and needed a bike to visit places . Luckily friend was able to ride bike hence fortunate to see few places. One of the room boy (short and dark skin fellow) was trying to get through the door while door chain was hooked. As he saw me he left the place. They should be trained not to do such as it might scare young girls . Also same time didn't want the boy punished. He may have tried to access the room to come clean but there is bell to ring which he could have. So just wanted to make this note for sake of the good growth of the hotel.

The staff were great. They were accommodating to our requests and easy to communicate with.

Would have been nice to have a little variety in breakfast. Also, it felt like the establishment was just being built because there were plenty of things broken or missing like door knobs and water faucets. Hopefully, they've fixed all these since. Also, they put us in a smaller room the first night because the room we booked wasn't available.

The manager is responsive to your requests. But system is not completely functional without his intervention.

It is far from the main road and public transport facilities. You need to ask for every facility viz. switch on AC, provide one towel per person, tea bags etc.

very nice stay,really helpfull staff and management team,i stayed for week,end of the my stay i dont have indian rupees and my credit card declined but the management trusted and make me to check-out. After i reach my country i will pay rest of the amount Thanks.

Room are actually spacious. It has suite arrangement inside the room like a small mini hall. Appreciate your efforts team. Menu is available at the room to order outside food from nearby restaurant. This hotel does not have an inside restaurant but ample options available to order through swigg/zomato from nearby eateries.

cleanliness well maintain

Neat, tidy and cozy rooms. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I find it very comfortable and easily accessible from metro station if you are coming from Airport. Big plus is the hotel ambience as the place is very calm and peaceful. Would recommend if someone is looking for a comfortable stay in chennai

Slow wifi like dead slow, hard pillows, location is kind of hard to find also small narrow roads it could be hard if you're traveling in big vehicles

helpful staff always willing to answer questions and sort things out we were allowed to check in early which made a big difference to how we felt after a long flight.

Hotel is good with respect to facilities and comfort. Value for money. Breakfast was also good. The main negative point is the location of the hotel. Very deep in the colony and difficult to reach.

Clean hotel close to the airport and close to the center in a quiet location. The rooms are huge, the audibility between the rooms is low, very clean, there is hot water with good pressure.

Hearty breakfast, reasonably good Wi-Fi.
