I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and even other areas of the property. The staff was good and the breakfast was also nice.

The casualness of the staff was frustrating. I gave my aadhar card to the reception staff for ID but they didn't return it. On asking they said the person is not there, once he comes it will be returned. Finally I had to leave in a hurry and forgot it there. Now even after daily follow ups, they are not sending it to me by courier or any other means.

Nice quiet environment, friendly staff, early check-in offered as room was available (didn't expect this).

Toiletries were not properly given - shampoo, toothpaste but the bathroom was neat and clean and you can buy shampoo sachets from a nearby shop. Breakfast taste could be better.

Breakfast was good, healthy and tasty. The room was cleaned regularly and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is a little tricky to find and the sign for the hotel could be better placed and larger for better visibility. Bathroom could be better, brighter decor. The toilet seat was not fixed well.

Simple and verity of menu during the stay. It was not a big buffet but the food provided were matched to entertain us in a tasty and clean manner. The staff was brilliantly friendly and trustworthy. Always prepared to serve us tirelessly.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood with many major transport hubs easily accessible which drastically saved my time during my stay. The hotel staff were kind and courteous to constantly assist with my queries and special thanks to Mr. Praveen went out of his way to ensure everything went well and was also kind enough to suggest a few places in the city. The pristine condition of the rooms and common spaces along with an amazing breakfast spread made the stay a refreshing experience. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Chennai. Whether it is for work or a solo stay or a family gathering or simply to relax with a few friends over the weekend, this place does it all at such a reasonable price!

Needs some maintenance going forward

Everything about the hotel was absolutely great. The breakfast even had continental food such as sausages and sandwiches. The cleanliness was also top notch. Spacious rooms and I feel it is a value for money hotel. The staff were also very courteous and friendly.
