convenient for airport, extremely well organized, lovely room, lots of little amenities, attentive staff. huge room and bathroom

high price for the quality... a few conveniences missing like a little fridge (in hot Chennai) or an iron. I had a really hard time getting any hot water and had to leave the shower running for several minutes before it came out, which at many points made me doubt whether there was any at all or whether I was turning the tap in the wrong direction. towels were already a bit worn for such a pricey place. and all that white decor will probably age fast unfortunately.. odd that you can't open the door to go out on the balcony since the view is great. and a personal pet peeve: the room reeked of air fresheners, which make me feel nauseous and give me a headache. having said all that, it's a lovely place and si would stay there again coming to and from tbe airport

The service and the staff were excellent. Just a few people I would like to mention and recognise. Front office team Manager Vaideeswaran, staff Satya, Selva, Nandhini, Soumitra, Rohit, Ramesh, Divya, Jai, Prince Food and Beverage team Manager Vijay, Siranjivi, Rajesh, Moumitha, Chaithali, Rathika, Chandru, Karan, Sonu and not to mention all the room service , house keeping and door staff. Would most definitely go back there

These was no bar as such

Everything about this hotel is good. Starting from the amenities station providing free water, tea, coffee replenishments to the clean rooms. Most of all I enjoyed their comfortable beds and super quality linen which gave me a good nights sleep. The restaurant also served us a great salad and grilled chicken

We had gone to the BBQ restaurant but left without eating as the ambience was ruined by loud harsh music.

Room was good. Ground floor restaurant had good breakfast. Staff were friendly and respectful. Reception staff Shilpa was very helpful in sorting some issue with room cleaning. Location is great. It is right next to Little Mount metro station.

The hotel is still under renovation. The lift seems a bit run down. Floor I stayed was ok but there are floors that are still under renovation. They missed cleaning my room one day, it got sorted by the reception staff immediately. There is no Bar in this hotel. The rooftop restaurant is not associated with the hotel, so no room service from there.

The front desk and reception team were truly excellent! Special kudos to Siranjivi and Chandru from the restaurant, who provided good service. While the hotel elevators seem a bit outdated and have buttons linked to the wrong floors, the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-maintained, showcasing the recent refurbishment. The food is exceptional and truly out of this world. The only downside was the somewhat disappointing attitude of the restaurant manager. Overall, a pleasant stay with the potential for improvement in certain areas.

The restaurant manager does not seem to have a background in hospitality. There was an unsettling incident when a housekeeping staff member entered the room while my sister-in-law was asleep. According to hotel policy, they knock three times, and if there is no response, they can enter using their master key. This was a disconcerting experience.

Neat clean , Nice ambience, Best hospitality and service. Location very next to Little mount metro station. Good care given for baggages. Good restaurant. Quick response to all calls regarding TV, AC, Hot water, Tea bags

spiral stair and centre circle in each floor can have a better railing. very dangerous for toddlers . Hotel authorities pls do correct, make it safe for kids

Rooms were cleaned and well maintained.

The restaurant staff i dont like there behaviour as we went for breakfast at 10:10 but they started turning off lights and ovens and removing stuffs even the breakfast timing was till 10:30. Even there were other persons were also eating still they turned off all the lights. This is very disrespectful i felt.

I loved the cheery ambience, friendly service, use of tech (a chatbot to place requests), location (just next to a metro station and not far from airport) .

Could not locate a hairdryer . Should be added in amenities. Front desk should have a list of good eateries and shops/ attractions nearby to help guests. That would add a more wow factor. They were clueless -when we googled we figured good places.
