This is my second stay in itc grand chola chennai with my family, my kids alwas enjoying the pool and food ,especially kaamini from guest relations team , she always messaged me and checked and make sure our comfort, facilities in our service apartment, our 8 night stay was excellent, and I need to thank from house keeping gentlemen Ashim, he was so helpful

I had some issue to storage my luggage for a few days because I travelled to coimbatore and went back to chennai again to catch my flight to jaffna ,but kaamini helped me to short out ,so all went well ,

My recent experience at ITC Grand Chola was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel right at home, consistently going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was a luxurious retreat, beautifully designed with tasteful decor, sumptuous furnishings, and every amenity needed for a thoroughly comfortable stay. Each morning, I enjoyed an impressive breakfast spread, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes that set the perfect tone for the day. The hotel’s facilities were exceptional as well, providing everything required for both relaxation and leisure. I wholeheartedly recommend ITC Grand Chola to anyone looking for an indulgent and unforgettable experience. Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

The buffet breakfast was a good spread and delicious, the staff are very polite and attentive, the room was spacious and very clean with all the emenities you can possibly want. The property is huge and enough to get lost however eventually you get used to this. As part of the itc 1 club house the most delighful surprise was the luxury hour with unlimited drinks and snacks in one of the lounges. Thank you to your team for making my stay a special one. I will definitely visit again.

The housekeeping didn't attend my room to prep it up for the day until 5:30pm which is late but I guess since ITC is a huge property, these things may occur from time to time.

A special mention and big thankyou to Kamini, from front desk.. I was suddenly taken sick n my body hurt ,Kamini not only helped getting medication but also pressed my head and try to be there next 2days with constantly being in touch. Coming with me to the hospital 🏥. Her presence made so much of a difference. I wouldn't have managed without her and the cooperation of the hotel to make the car available all the time . One is hospitality n then it's Human touch. I am happy to say,hotel has that quality in it's staff. Thank you team ITC

The Chola Suite is very spacious and nicely laid out. The room is clean, bedding is crisp white and beautiful and the toiletries are high quality lotions and products. Swimming pools were clean. Service at the pools were prompt and friendly. Staff were all friendly. Madras pavilion food was good with excellent varieties available our kids could eat for free! Breakfast can get busy but we never waited more than 10 minutes for a table. Service was better than the last time we came in 2023. Airport pick up went very smoothly. Check in and check out periods are busy so would advise to try check in a little bit earlier or later to avoid peak time waiting.

They were busy painting and renovating outside so our view was a bit obscured with scaffolding during our stay. Payments during check in and check out are unclear and required follow up to ensure we were not accidentally double charged.

Amazing property to get into. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel - Guest relation, my attender name is Keerthiga they listen to our feedback and take action immediately. I came here for my 1st anniversary celebration. One day before I spoke to keerthiga and informed about my anniversary, she was like suggested me about the surprise and made it very properly. This is my 1st time visit in ITC I never seen the person like keerthiga in any other hotel. She was like very humble and kindness person. I really appreciate her for doing her great job. Thank you ITC team for making my wonderful day.

Loved the warm welcome and the friendly staff. We went there to celebrate my mom's birthday, and Ms Kaamini made it very easy for us to plan a surprise for my mom, decorated the room, had a complimentary cake as well as made sure everything was smooth throughout our whole stay there. ITC has always been like a family for us, and we will definitely be coming back again. Special mention to Anjali and Fariya as well for being helpful and sweet.

The place is very beautiful. The room is extremely spacious. The team who attended to us muskin, sushmita( the reception lady who attended for the check in ) were top notch.

The things that didn't perk me up were. 1) The tamil channels were extremely limited. I'm not sure why it's chennai, and the channels are so limited. More channels on the news. Foreigners like me we watch news in the room? Please look into this. This is something that has to be addressed. I spent other nights in other chennai Hotels, and the tamil channels had so many varieties that we did want to leave the room also. Here, we had to leave the room as we had nothing to see. 2) I feel the room there wasn't any ventilation, so we spent most of the time at the pool area. 3) The technology in the IPad needs to be improved.

I liked the cleanliness and general service. Breakfast was also very good. The room itself was very nice and had all the facilities expected of a service apartment. The spa was good too. The hotel itself was so big and grand. Loved the guards. Monica was very helpful to arrange for transport to the airport on time and change to a bigger vehicle last minute.

The location on the Guindy main road was not at an intersection so depending on the direction you wanted to go it could be a hassle when combined with traffic. The serviced apartment facilities seemed unused and not perfectly maintained (basically, I've seen better)
