The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Room cleaning lady from Meghalaya did a proper job and very courteous. Well maintained pool and facilities.

Food could have been better . Selection of food choices at the MKC cafe could have been better.

Overall really liked the stay. The highlight was the hospitality of the staff which was amazing... They were very caring and comforting.. Especially Ms. Shreya from the hospitality desk went all out to accommodate me and my colleagues at the lounge for an hour, while we had checked out and our flight was late in the night. That was a very kind gesture. Also Ms. Riya at the lounge took good care of us.

Rooms per say were good but a little dated in terms of the decor. Lift is really slow and should be replaced immediately.

The breakfast spread was great and tasty and the service was amazing with attention of the Chef himself. The dinner buffet was also very nice with attention to diabetic people providing sugar free dessert.

The 9th floor lounge, though the service was good, the air conditioning was not working, so could not enjoy the place. The carpet in the corridor needs better cleaning, probably shampoo washing as it is not clean and smelly sometimes

The staff was very friendly and addressing requests with smile. Have to mention about Meba and ever smiling another staff whose name I forgot. Not to forget about the excellent spread of food during breakfast and lunch.

Hotel has to have clear policy about lounge access as was questioned when had few of my family members joined for evening high tea. If payment has to be done for guests, then the terms has to be clear as it is for breakfast and lunch / Dinner

One of the best five star hotel in Chennai. All the staff were amazing starting from Anand from handling luggage , Shriya and her team with front desk , executive chef Sravanan and team with cooking. I arrived late, left early and stayed one night only, so I couldn't really enjoy all amenities, but the hotel was extremely nice. Not sure if I was lucky, but my room was in fact two rooms together, with a small kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms. Tough luck I couldn't enjoy it more than just for few hours of sleeping. Breakfast selection was enormous and more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been very helpful, thank you Ashwini for your kindness.

Nothing wrong during my stay.

The entire experience at this establishment is truly exceptional. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Moreover, my room surpassed all expectations and can only be described as the epitome of comfort. The customer experience team, led by the highly capable Miss Kranti, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and were consistently friendly and helpful. To sum it up, this is undoubtedly the ultimate destination for anyone visiting Chennai.

I can’t tel as everything was great

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India. Thank you for everything.

Warmly greeted by Shreya at the front desk who took us up to our room. Amazing breakfast spread - wide variety of choices. Chef Darwan was very hospitable and his Asian food was very good. The waiters were kind and accommodating to my elderly mum. Comfortable room and bathroom size.

Increased frequency on the shuttle service to the Phoenix Mall and better communication on the timing would be helpful.

It was great experience. Staffs were friendly but professional, room equipment was also great (especially it is important for me that they had bathtab in the room). In addition, they have a free autorickshaw from the hotel to phoenix mall so you can enjoy the shopping. I would recommend this hotel if you would like comfortable staying in chennai.
