Humble Staff and quick responses! Located at Main road :) Auto rickshaws readily available. Nice bar at Radisson Hotel about a km away!

No lift from ground floor to reception desk! Need to carry our luggages by ourself up to reception desk by climbing about 18 steps... No bellboy also at entrance! This is a "BIG MINUS" Point for this location Hotel. Management Shall look in it! Luckily i had one only, so managed, if you have few heavier luggages then think of the situation yourself! Lot of stray dogs in front of hotel, which is scary especially during night time :( Management Shall look in it!

Convenient for an overnight day, after arriving at the international airport. The place is relatively clean. The room was small but adequate.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which I found rather strange, considering international travellers.  The surroundings, including the road outside is pretty pathetic, but I suppose that is beyond the control of the hotel.

We booked the FabHotel Nestlay Rooms because of its proximity to Chennai Airport, as we had to catch an early morning flight. The reception of the hotel is on the second floor, which might be a problem for guests who find it difficult to carry their stuff across stairs. We arrived late at night but were greeted with enough personnel to help us carry our heavy suitcases to the reception and then to our room. For our early-morning departure the receptionist called us a taxi, which got us to the terminal in less than 10 minutes. All in all, good service and support by the hotel staff!

The main attraction of the hotel is its proximity to the airport. For us, as probably for most guests, a luxurious environment is not the first priority. Still, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable.

The main thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the airport - just a short drive, which was the reason I chose it. Room was clean and comfortable.

No toilet paper was provided. Staff weren’t overly friendly - one did eventually help me with a bus booking I was struggling with. Planes were very loud and felt like they were passing directly over the hotel (I get that it’s an airport hotel but this was the loudest I’ve experienced - not too much of a problem though)

We stayed in this same hotel on two separate occasions upon arrival in Chennai (June 22-23) and before departure to Paris (July 11-12), because of its proximity to the airport. We had to pick up a friend shortly after our arrival and drop her off shortly before our departure. On neither occasion did we get to spend the night there. The breakfast upon arrival (June 23) was adequate for the price. The staff were extremely helpful in booking a taxi or Grab and with our heavy suitcases. The rooms were modern and comfortable. We would strongly recommend short stays near the airport.

Breakfast could have been more ample, even if we had the option of paying a little extra for the same. The reception is not on the first floor. It would have been difficult to manage with our checked-in suitcases if not for help from the staff.

The rooms were good & clean, access to nearest metro was a huge plus for those flying in to Chennai airport. Decent breakfast

There is no lift & the reception is on the 1st floor. This is a concern for those with heavy luggages. Wifi was very poor in the room I stayed in, almost non existent.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It offered a variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes.

We were told the hotel was walking distance from Chennai airport, which wasn't the case. Secondly, it was in a side lane that seemed deserted at night. But the staff more than made up for the disappointment of the location and the facade and surroundings.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. They were clean, but stained and felt dirty. Hotel didn't have a restaurant and got the food delivered fom outside.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at FabHotel Nestlay Rooms near the airport, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect for anyone traveling through the airport, as it's just a short drive away, making the commute incredibly convenient.
