The hotel is in a safe residential area, ideal for families. The staff are helpful, especially with luggage since there’s no lift. The food is tasty, and only a small shop is available within a kilometre. The absence of liquor shops adds to the safety and peaceful environment. Located just opposite to the Muthumaariamman temple.

Rooms have no ventilation windows. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided only on request, and despite booking for four people, only two toothbrushes were given. Food is on the expensive side, and closer shops would be more convenient.

After some confusion about the shuttle service (we took it to mean car both from and to the airport) we were very pleased with the car service to the airport. This is included in the price of the room making it great value for money. The pick up from the hotel was prompt and the driver got us to Chennai Airport quickly and safely. He was helpful in directing us where to go once we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

We did get lost after a walk around the neighbourhood. Perhaps an address on the key fob? We asked lots of people for directions and eventually found our way back!

The staff is very welcoming, the location is very near the airport and they can also provide you a taxi at a very reasonable price. Room is simple but clean, bathroom with window, hot water and shower that works properly. If you need a comfortable and clean place to sleep and then catch a flight it’s PERFECT!

A bit too much expensive

Very near airport. I am from UK and not used to budget hotels but very impressed. Room clean. Available for three hours with very late check in. Just booked for night before as normal. Wanted to freshen up after flight. Ideal

Nobody at front desk when I arrived at 7.am. but eventually somebody came

This was a perfect hotel for a short stay. The staff was so kind and friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed. The hotel even arranged a taxi to pick us up as we were arriving late at night. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication as I could not get WIFI when we arrived - I felt very bad for the hotel as they had been trying to call me as well as the taxi that had been waiting for us. The taxi we got from the airport was double the hotel price but NOT the hotel's fault at all. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. I would 100% stay again. I'm just sorry that I didn't have any cash left to leave them a tip!

Great location close to the airport. Staff extremely helpful. Great value. Clean and got all the facilities you need. Can order food to room. Anthony the taxi driver who drove us from the hotel to the airport was very prompt and reliable. Nice quiet neighbourhood next to a nice temple.

Srikanth the manager , Anthony Bala the drivers gave me exceptional help , they went over and beyond with helping me for example negotiating the next part of my trip helping with SIM cards and much more, very friendly staff , I would recommend zingerstay for me it was a great place to stay and start my Indian experience

The location is very convenient, just 2 km from Chennai Airport, easy to find, and reasonably priced a great option.

No major issues, but the hot water pressure was a bit low.

Very near to the Chennai Airport. It is easy to stay over if you are travelling the next morning.

For a pit stop, there is nothing much to dislike about the place. Neighbourhood is quiet. Rooms are good and the staff hospitality is very nice. Overall, It serves the purpose of the hotel and fulfils what is required for a quick stay.

Very comfortable room and clean.Staff were very friendly and dinner and breakfast were very good.

Only the issue was tv is some time not working.like you tube and prime apps working.There were no news or movie channels.
