The location was easy to reach and had the parking facility. It was quiet and family friendly. The food from their restaurant was good and tasty! The staff were friendly, respectful and professional. They helped with the smiling faces and exceeded our expectation regarding fulfilling our specific requirement. We were very satisfied. We recommend this Mount Manor and would go back again. We appreciate the staff for their help. Great customer service!

It is sad and unacceptable that the Reception is not fitted with Air Conditioning. All guests have to transit (for several minutes) via the Reception during both Check-In and Check-Out. How come Mount Manor feels there is no need to make them feel comfortable in the Reception? I am not asking to serve juice etc, but just to have an air-conditioned Reception area. While I enjoyed everything including the Suite room to which I was upgraded, I will not return until and unless the hotel provides Air-Conditioning in the Reception.

I had a very pleasant stay in Mount Manor. The reception staff were quite helpful and they did all that possible to make my stay in the hotel very pleasant. The room in which I stayed was clean and in the toilet I was provided with the all the basic toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the blanket and the bed spreads were nice and clean too, which made my night’s sleep very comfortable. I had my booking with breakfast included, the breakfast was quite good (I had South Indian breakfast, I believe they had toast and cereals etc too) and the breakfast timing is also quite early on a Sunday…which was very helpful as I had to leave early for an appointment. I choose this place to stay due to the proximity to the Chennai Airport and accessibility to the Metro station…my stay went as I planned and I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel for sure.

Due to the proximity of the road, motor traffic noise and once in a while in the night had the load plane noise too.

Loved the location.. rooms and the guest service. Everyone was very friendly and the staffs were very cooperative and polite. The rooms were not so big but for me it was perfect and the service was very good . The breakfast was really good.

The lunch snacks and dinner were very spicy. Despite requesting them to not make it spicy, they still made it spicy.

Located close to the airport. Easy to get to the hotel. Staff was friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Parking is available, but only for 2 cars.

The rooms I stayed in had no windows. Also, the air-conditioner made a lot of noise and was difficult to adjust.

Very clean and nice hotel. Food was ok, very friendly person. very near Metro station. close to airport. The Manager and all receptionist all are very polite and friendly. I will come back again.

I selected a wrong room facing National Highway too many lorry horns till 3am. Also aircraft flying overhead to land (2000 feet distance) I should have checked that thought! Room service food was average. Kitchen too closed early 10pm (I checked in 930pm).....

Excellent location, 2 min walk from Nangallur Road Metro station and only 3 stations from airport. Customer service was outstanding. Friendly, cheerful and respectful and very helpful. As a single woman guest I felt very safe here. The place is clean, has all basic amenities and is close to all public services. Lots of public transport options and close to good places to eat at. Great value for money.

I had come early, since i had my exam.. the staff allowed for early check at no extra cost..since i was leaving next day early morning thus he allowed me for the same.. Overall the reception guy was very sweet, was very humble.. Room were good.. Hardly 2mins walk from Nanganuluru RD metro stn, thus good connectivity..

The rooms appliances (few) have become old like old box window ac.. Drinking water heater was smelling, reading lights were not working doesn't make a big difference anyways.. Still i was satisfied to stay there
