Starting from Malik in the check in, he made my stay comfortable from check in until check out Also Ranjana & omar was assisting me whenever i need some guidance.. Rishabh from the room service customized my food request and they never fail to impress me with the food guidance. Overall my stay during Ramadan was well taken taken care during Iftar and shuhoor. This is my first time at Hilton chennai and surely will be my next !! Kudos to the entire team !! Customer service at its best !!!

It was a good spread, with different options to choose from. I was afraid that the spread would include local cuisine predominantly which I also love, but it was good to have a fair mix of western in there as well. Shout out to Sai and his team who made us feel really welcome, and special! Super friendly and our conversations made the breakfast more special! And shout out to the lady chef that made us the French toast, they were amazing!

Since we stayed for a couple of days, it was getting a bit boring that the offering stayed the same. I wouldn’t say this is a major issue since the food still tasted quite good, but would’ve been nicer had there been slight changes to the menu every now and then, maybe include a pasta,

I recently stayed at the Hilton Chennai and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of both Indian and international dishes. The service in the restaurant was also excellent, with the staff always on hand to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Chennai and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Stayed for a business trip for four nights. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. Awesome breakfast choices and great bars for dinner and drinks. Special thanks to Sabana, for taking care!

While my stay was overall enjoyable. One area of concern was the initial room I was assigned, which had a musty smell. However, this was promptly addressed by the staff when I requested a room change. This minor issue did not significantly impact my overall experience but could be considered for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.

From the minute I arrived, I felt very safe and cared for. This was my first time in India, and I did not know what to expect. However, having a lovely place to come back to in the evening was very comforting. The staff was there to support me and help me with anything I needed. I can also very much recommend the spa treatments - I felt very relaxed during and hours after them. The food in the main dining area was exceptional - the selection of Indian dishes at breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and suited my needs very well. Everything was very clean in the entire hotel. Transport to the airport was very easy to arrange. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable!

Not even there for a full night, as we had an early morning flight. However, the staff were very efficient on arrival and organised us an extra bed in the room, as well as a 4am taxi at short notice! The buffet dinner was very good, as was the beer! We were last in this hotel 10 years ago, and pleased to say that it was as good as we remembered! Only 20 mins from the airport, so it is very convenient

best stay i had in my life. simply perfect and value for money. all of the staff was exceptional.

I wish they had some more sweets in the morning. As I came from sri lanka I expected some Indian sweets. But even without it all of the menu was exceptional selection. Also it would be great if the property has more accurate photos as the property is way better than it looks in the site.

It was the second time that me and my family came back here (last year and this year). The hotel is perfect, food excellent (I am very fussy with food), everything clean and new. Staff excellent and helpful. They offer activities and car with driver if you need. We met the wonderful Anil and he we went around with him to see beautiful places and shops around the city. We cannot ask for more and we will surely come here back asap!!! Well done all!!!
