We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with our family for five days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property itself is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout our stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional; they were always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests we had. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. The food was a particular highlight—served with care and of the highest quality, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, we felt well taken care of and appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

The only downside, and it's worth mentioning, is that the route to the hotel passes through a slum area, which may be off-putting for some guests. However, once you reach the hotel, the experience is more than worthwhile. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

Bell boys, and other staffs of the hotel were very friendly. Had a great time there. For 1200rs itis worth a stay. When I called directly to the hotel the room rent was 1500 per day . Thanks to booking . Com we could get it for 1050+tax=1200rs. For 1500 it's not that great.

Behaviour of the receptionist seems a bit strange. Not much of a pleasant guy. Seems like he didn't get enough training on how to greet and welcome guests.

Rooms were clean ,provided with wifi ,room service is excellent where you don't have to pick your food they hand it over to you in your doorsteps ,hassle free check in and check out .

The property is value for money. And the staff are very polite.

The room good be more brighter with white lights rather yellow. And the room service could have been better. They cleaned when we asked not denying that. But it could be better.

Sit out with 4 chairs & table, compact comfortable room with A/C, clean bathroom, helpful staff, good breakfast- self service, working TV, hot water.

Access to hotel is a narrow lane. Difficult to drive in the lane & park car. Staff helped to park. Only 2 parking spaces. Clothes hanger in bathroom was above toilet. Clothes hooks on door would be helpful.

Location walkable distance from central Station. Room very quiet and comfortable

Interior well maintained however room needs painting as water seepage through roof seen. And mainly I think previous stayed guy smoked inside this ac room. For me ok. But some might not like tobacco smoke laden ac room

The room was quite spacious and quite clean when we arrived. The staff was very hospitable and quite helpful as well. Good stay.

it’s really good and nice place to stay. my most favorite is breakfast buffet it’s just 150INR. it’s very well worth for that price. early checkin also available. location is most convenient for overseas travelers because T-nagar, Sowcarpet , railway stations are 1km distance. marina beach also nearby this hotel. I am really Love this hotel. rooms are very clean. staffs are really good.

While fix the room , no one will support that is no boy will come and support , directly , the reception manager will handed over the key directly to client. It's not fa III r. No water in my room 309 I am waiting , for boy I am not Calling to reception, it's boy duty . Reception does not explained the services provided by hotel regarding coffee, breakfast... Remaining process ok , maintainence everything thing ok Maintain feedback book if possible at entrance.

Room was good and decent.Clean and comfortable.Staff were very good and helpful.

Breakfast was good but could have been better when served warm/hot.
