The location is good. The most i really appreciate is the staff are all good, very helpful. We arrived late night actually consider after midnight. The staff even contacted me asking of whereabout. Upon checking in, it was quite late about nearly 1am and we were hungry but no restaurant opened. Out of my expectations the staff name Ganesh offered us to order food online and even used his discount voucher for the order. It was so blessed of his action and understanding of our situation. Not only him but all the staff there are really good. To the management of The Hydel Park .. please ensure you always have them there as your precious assets. Definately i will stay at your place again if i will be in Chennai.

Everything is fine to me

Hands down the most polite and hospitable hotel we’ve ever had the luck to stay at. Upon arrival, they greeted us, helped with our luggage, and showed us the available rooms in both the Hydel Park and Green Estate (same management) so we could pick the one we liked best. The A/C room was very modern, quiet, and had a nice modern bathroom with a hair dryer and most importantly impeccable clean. Additionally, they provided us with coffee and tea for the kettle in the room. When we were leaving, they helped us find a tuk-tuk, loaded our stuff, and made sure we left the place safely. Overall, an excellent hotel in a superb location next to the metro and central train station, with outstanding hospitality.

The place is not as new and shiny as the photos make you believe but the room and the hotel itself is really clean and the staff are extremely processional, polite and helpful. Room service and food delivery organised by the hotel is very prompt.

Water pressure is a bit weak and it's difficult to control the water temperature in the bathroom. The bathroom gets occasionally smelly so you need to keep the door always closed. The sound isolation between the room and the street could be better, there were some loud construction noises late at night.

I stayed at Green Estate. The staff were polite and very extremely supportive. They even showed rooms of nearby properties owned by them and made every effort to keep our stay comfortable.

The rooms have just enough space. Though the exact location is close to central rly station, on the narrow lane where this hotel is located there are few slum dwellers on the other side. Use the left exit to reach to connecting main road where you have access to auto, etc

We were offered room in Hotel Green Estate. The room was so neat and clean. The room was well equipped and well lit. The service was top notch. 24 hrs room service was awesome. All of the employees were so friendly,welcoming, polite and helpful. They did a good job in making our stay so comfortable. The location of hotel is also in prime location. Must stay hotel if you are planning to visit Chennai.

Hotel management is very good. Good service by staff..clean rooms.. cleaning daily 2 times. I book for 3 days. But, unexpectedly vacate by 2 days. I never thought of they will return the last day money. I booked by booking.com. but, they are beyond expectations. Thank you for the management..

Hotel surrounding is not good. Not expected. After reaching somewhat i feel discomfort. Complementary tea and coffee in the early morning is only on request..need to improve it..

I had booked 2 nights for a work trip but had to leave a few hours after I checked in due to an emergency. The staff were super understanding and helpful during both the check-in and check-out. Even though I had paid for both nights, they refunded me half the amount after my early check-out. The room was very clean and was very comfortable for the short time I was there. Would book here again, if I am in Chennai

It is on an inner road and could be a bit difficult to find. But it is very close to the main railway station.

Location is good net and clean

They can have some additional things such as mini refrigerator/ Tea making items / Handwashing / extra 01-02 towels. They will keep you asking money when you order any food or tea only cash cash cash this is much irritating. They can make final bill and provide or else they directly told we don’t have food facilities so guest can arrange by themselves.

This is a truly wonderful hotel offering phenomenal customer service for such a low price. The hotel is conveniently located next to Central station. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean with extremely comfortable beds, hot water, good AC. The most special thing in this hotel is the wonderful staff, who go out of their way to welcome you and provide everything you need. It is remarkable that this hotel is so cheap when the service is so excellent.

If I could give this hotel 11 out of 10, I would!

We actually got offered multiple rooms and got to pick our favourite room, we went over to their sister hotel: Greenestate as we like the room there better. Rooms were a good size, strong AC and good value for money. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
