i likes the locality. it was so calm and peace.

Food and Tea coffee couldn't order.

Non stop water supply.

Location, No reception, Broken taps in the washroom, Worst service, No board. You are cheating the customers.

I booked one month before my travel and paid the rent in advance. But when i reached the property, they did not give the room. They says it is full. The i had to hunt for room with my family during very bad climate and took other hotel with hight rate. I asked for compensation to OYO for my loss of time, trobles, extra cost etc. However so far no positive response from their side. If this is the case how we can book a hotel and plan journey ?

Their is nothing to like full fraud and stupid people wasted my time. Still i confirmed them by phone call directly to the flagship residency because iam travelled to Chennai from Dubai. And they instructed me directly to pay money at the spot. After i reached their by believing them they told the rooms are full you can stay some other hotel. And their is no transpotation facility also near this flagship residency. Totaly spoiled my one day.

Totaly waste not trusted for international booking. I couldn't have time to fight with them. They are doing illegal business

Definitely not recommended for family. Family girls should avoid this hotel. And location too remotely to reach. They are not even ready to give water . And after reaching 30 minutes only they are preparing a room. No tamil staff is available

It is worst and cheat to me because already approved for accommodation my schedule with amt but lodge manager collect more money and force to vacate within in 12 hrs so I feelll it is fraud and help to community resolve the problem No body go this lodge

First your try to ur tie up partners agreement/approved with consumer and try to accept it is professional ethic

This is service apartment, not a hotel. they are running illigal activities in this primises. Location also outside the city. There was no Restaurent facility in this apartment. Not even drinking water. I suggested dont go with this type of apartments with family, you will facing so much of trouble.
