Property was good clean but tha staff behaviour was very poor

They mention one rate on booking .com but if we go to the property they asked us to pay more the staff simply saying if u pay extra 500 you stay otherwise go somewhere is this is the way speaking to the customer

Nothing great about the hotel except the location.

1. Location on the property on the what'sapp messages sent was wrong. Location of the property was wrong on Google. This caused lot of unwanted issues. 2. Fan regulator not working. 3. No A/c remote provided. Water drops dripping all through the night from Ac The staff did not even provide a water bottle. Lift was switched off. No help / service in helping the customer with their bags.

Worst experience from Fab Hotels. Room services and cleanliness was poor. Do not ever book via Fab. They will never refund or help you out in case of any challenges. They made us wait for 3 hrs for offering breakfast. Fab hotels deceive us by showing false offers.

Everything including fab customer service representatives.

Wrost service

When I booked online, but I reached the physical, they didn't accept online booking, my all booking amount was lost and they told me you call the customer, but know one can answer it. And I feel unsafe. I never recommended anyone.

I was booking on 07/06/2024 for 1500 taka. After coming, he is keeping 2100 taka from me. It was raining so I was forced to stay one day

After booking the room, I was told that the hotel is full. Inspite of me showing the booking details i was not allocated a room. Very very unprofessional approach. Will recommend people to restrain from booking hotels through FAB

The rooms were full of cockroaches. Didn't have good sleep. I took 3 rooms. All were the same. Not worth the money
