The hotel meet our expectation, It was in residential area, but easy to find with the address.

The hotel online operation is bad server. i was booked and hotel and made me to wait in the airport for more then a hour and then they lethargically sent message to make a payment online, even though i told i pay in hotel in cash. Then no response. There is no contact details available in the website also in google maps. Only the automated response contact number is there. Then we took a taxi and went their directly. I did't even bother to respond back to them in booking.com message. They have to replace the bed covers the long term stains are still there!! IT WILL BE REALLY GOOD IF THEY GIVE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE HOTEL DIRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE OR IN BOOKING.COM

Worth every rupiah paid. Good deal, 15mn drive from Airport by taxi - cost 5Eu flat rate - Spotless large room - recently refurbished , bathroom basic but OK, some noise from the planes but not very loud (we slept very well) Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, neighbourhood is gloomy and to be forgotten (deep India ...), you should arrive by car/taxi, but all in all it is a pretty good option for the airport. It is true that they push a little bit about pre-paying to confirm the booking, but you can just ignore their messages. I decide to pre-pay requested 50% a week in advance, to ensure the booking and avoid any surprise - we arrived at 3.00 AM !! Then the checkin was pretty smooth, room was ready - awaiting for us and I have been asked to settle only my balance of remaining 50% with no fuss.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. They provided airport transfer for our morning flight. The ceiling fan was great for keeping mosquitoes away from the bed. The air con worked and kept the room cold.

I received many messages from Treebo about needing to pay in advance, despite the booking.com listing stating that no advance payment is needed. The messages said my booking would be cancelled without prepayment, which was to be made over Whatsapp...very sketchy. I ignored the messages and paid by credit card at the hotel when I arrived.

The location was very accessible from the airport and convenience was unparalleled. Very value stay for us as we got a very large room and a king sized bed at a very affordable cost. Could not explore the breakfast options as we had an early departure, but the option was there. Definitely recommend for a quick stay, and next time we're in Chennai, will be visiting again. Could have used another extra towel and it could have been a bit more cleaner to my liking. Nothing to detract from the experience though, it was a great stay.

The room was very neat and had a exceptional group of staff. We were two girls staying, so we had our own concerns staying in a hotel alone but the hotel was very safe and staffs were very cooperative. The area is very safe as well with a lot of helpful people around. Overall, it was a very good hotel with a lot of helpful around. Thank you so much for providing such good facilities and a safe environment.

The Property is descent located approximately 3-4 kms from Airport. They also have pickup and drop facility for airport. Apart from that, they have their own buffet food system which is delicious.

The only thing is didn’t like is on the day of check in, you have to pay extra for breakfast and lunch as it’s not included in complimentary! If your stay is of 2 days, then 2nd day breakfast will be complimentary.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night, but they kindly accepted our late check-in. The room was well-equipped, so we were able to sleep peacefully. The staff were also very kind to our children during breakfast service, which became a very precious memory. It was our first time in India, and our children's first time traveling abroad, so we're really glad we chose this hotel.

The towel was a little dirty. But that was it.

Right from reception staff to room service, people were very cooperative and courteous. They helped even when we returned very late from airport with smiling face. Taste of the food served were excellent. Both South Indian and North Indian. So tasty. Hats off to the cook. Room was neat and clean. Parking may be a problem but for us we had space to park our car. Hope they will take care of parking. Approach road (ofcourse it is not in their hand) was horrible. Still it is close to airport so it was ok Though we felt road was horrible, after seeing other plus points, we were ok. Very good for family stay. Thanks a lot to the staff. Please continue to be so always.
