An excellent option for people who are transiting from chennai airport which is just a stone throw distance from the hotel. Rooms are very good, Restaurant food is excellent all in all a very good value for money. We stayed there for just a night the employees Mr. Anand, Miss Gayatri and Miss Shalini and Their cook Mr. Raju are exceptionally helpfull in assisting me roam around chennai to see places. Name it and the'll help you. Very nice and friendly persons. Must visit !!! 😀😀😀

The hotel is close to the airport but a little odd, and it is difficult for people from the outstation to locate. The hotel arranged free pickup from the airport, which made my life comfortable. I could only eat breakfast, but it tasted excellent. The staff is also good—nothing to complain about. The hotel is value for money.

We arrived very late and picked up by hotel car at airport when arrived at hotel they upgraded us but bathroom in first room had toilet shower hose broken and sink hanging off wall Bathroom in second room had toilet shower hose leaking However staff were lovely and good breakfast choice

Hotel is clean and well managed. Restaurant serves nice meals, and its staff is willing to provide extra services (such as meals that are not on the menu at the time, if possible). The staff of the hotel is in general very helpful and caring, speaks good English. I felt safe and well taken care of.

For my booking they said the next day that breakfast was not included, but their restaurant was offering breakfast with Rs.210/- per head, one can have it without any constraints as per the availability. Breakfast was good.

The booking cost and the final bill had an escalation other than the tax levied, this is a bit confusing

I must admit - having seen Google street view and some reviews about the location, I was worried. Google directions made it look complicated and farther from the main road - it wasn't, it was just two cross streets to remember. I booked it still because of overall review and customer rating.. Then again, my thing is customer support. Whereas some other closer-to-the-airport options didn't even bother responding to my messages about my odd hour check-in, Crossway Parklane rep (later, I found that it was Anand, a pleasant guy I met in the morning, while checking out) was prompt in replies and actually tried to help. That was while booking online. Yuvaraj, the check in rep, was pleasant and helpful at 3am. (These guys ever sleep?!) The Bengali helper was polite and nice. While checking out, Srinivasan was the room attendant. Super helpful. Anand was at the counter. My checkout was smooth. Our room was (deluxe) big and clean. I liked the complimentary accessories - tooth paste, brush, comb and razor all nicely packed - was a good touch Overall it was a pleasant surprise and a nice experience. Very good for people transiting in Chennai airport. Highly recommend it.

Only downside was location, not directly the hotel's problem and it was not the geographical location- which is perfect, very close to Chennai airport, easy to find. It's the unfortunate location where there were lot of stray dogs that gave a chase to the car at night (morning, it was fine) and a dark access road. The city should probably do something for such hotels. Lots of foreigners come here because of proximity. We should create a good first impression on them, which means, roads, lights and easy access to such hotels This next little issue is a problem in many hotels - water drain in the bathrooms can be improved. Standing shower could be an option. Right now, a shower would mean completely wet floors.

The room was clean The bed was comfortable (We arrived at 2am so these were the things we were concerned about). Breakfast was excellent The staff friendly and helpful A great place to spend a night when you arrive in Chennai

We arrived at 2am got to bed by 3am and woken by a phone call at 7am from reception to find out what time we planned to check out.

The hotel inside is neatly maintained. Rooms facilities are OK for a short stay. Few items ordered for dinner were tasty. Quantity can be more. Parking is available. A short distance from airport (takes 8 to 10 min).

Location outside the hotel is not clean and not fit for a stroll. However hotel inside is well maintained.

The best thing about the stay in this Hotel is its promixity to the Chennai international airport. It is very close to the airport and it definetly is a bonus point for travellers.

The rooms could have been a little bit more cleaner
