Size of room and arrangement of the items are optimal for a comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It seems like the maintenance of electrical gadgets like AC and TV in the room happens on a regular basis. This is great.

The washroom needs to be redesigned. Arrangement of soap and shampoo needs to be better. Get rid of the bucket and mug.

Customer service was excellent, and although the accent was a little bit difficult to understand, they made everything possible to communicate well. The food was amazing, and every day was something new. We had to check-out earlier than when breakfast begin and they made breakfast dor us.

I had to pay 5% more for the room because I paid with a credit card. That was not mentioned in the reservation. The check-in was a little bit strange, it was ~2 am, and everything was dark, and only one person at the counter. However, we understood since it was midnight. They allow us to complete the check-in process during next morning so we could go straight to sleep.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay here so much that we returned to complete our holiday after travelling. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The staff were all exceptionally professional at all times, all staff wore the hotel's uniform and were very smart. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent especially the made to order masala omelette. The location was a short walk away from ECR which gave you access to auto rickshaws and the bus station. We hired a scooter on each of our visits. The hotel has private gated parking.

The location meant that you had to get transportation to the beach. As travellers from the UK we found that our credit and debit cards could not be used for payment. There are however plenty of ATMs within easy reach.

Staff, clean, quiet, food although limited is well cooked..breakfast ok too

Apart from room not having daily cleaning or refreshing if water/towels etc. cannot fault the rest

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Maybe they should consider fumigating on regular basis

It was an excellent experience for us in new city... Language barrier was not at all a problem all the staff were helpful and polite and food was also good.

The location was in a residential area, lot of quite and peace. Clean place Good food Good staff Helpful frontdesk. Mr.Laxmikant helped us in all the ways possible to make the stay comfortable. Polite and helpful chap. We had some issues with the room and he fixed them right away

Beds - The mattress can be better. All the hotels carry them and we just hate them. Semi soft mattress would be more comfortable than the ones you have Bathroom - It was clean but the bath got clogged pretty quick. Had to get it fixed twice in a 6 day stay You have to tell them to clean your room everyday. I think it should be made easier to communicate if you need the room cleaned.
