My stay was pleasant as always! The amenities were perfect, the room was clean and the staff were very attentive. In particular the housekeeping staff (Jagan) were polite, courteous and ensured my room was always clean and spotless! The breakfast options were also plentiful and worth the money! The Aayush spa was also a perfect relaxing addition to my room where I could get a quick blow dry before a night out or a relaxing massage after a long day of touring the city. The hotel had two restaurants, one downstairs and one in the terrace, both had a large selection of dishes and and a warm ambience

While I could not spend much time at the hotel, I can say that the checkin/checkout processes were really smooth and the staff was very clear. The overall conditions of the Hotel were very good.

The gym can improve and there could be more occidental options on the breakfast for foreigners. By the time I stayed on the hotel, there was a construction on the street (the whole street) because of the new subway and the whole area was a complete mess.

The large majority of the staff are exceptional. SO kind, very helpful, always pleasant. The gentleman that checked me in at 2a.m.(!) very helpful and efficient. I feel very safe at this hotel, as a solo woman traveler this is my top priority. The concierges always go out of their way to make certain my accommodation and time spent is pleasant. Probably my favorite hotel of ALL that I’ve booked on this site; supersedes GRT and all the more expensive hotels. The buffets are outstanding as well. A++

The woman at desk when I checked out acted like I was an inconvenience, bordered on plain rude. I wasn’t going to let her poor customer service (?) influence my good memories of my stay. Not great that she had to be one of the last impressions but the doorman outside was kind and made up for her.

Pool area & dining areas on roof were fabulous & very pretty at night, a real highlight! Staff were very nice, loved the breakfast & roof restaurant. Room fine apart from console to control lighta.

Hated the wi-fi situation! India has made it nearly impossible to get a SIM so we needed reliable wi-fi in hotel. It cuts off the second you check out, which is stressful when calling an uber. Please wait until guests have left! Could be more generous with coffee & water in room.

We always book a nice hotel on our first night in India. The guys working the doors and lobby were great, helpful and friendly. Lovely big room, fridge, nice armchair (just the one), tea/coffee making.

I'm from the UK and this is NOT a 5* hotel. The towels in the bathroom were grey as opposed to white and seriously need replacing. One bathrobe and pair of slippers. My feeling is this is a businessman's room.

breakfast menu is like Oyo hotels, the in room dining is exorbitant costly and ird staffs doesn't know about orders and cooking. when I ordered specific salad because of chef not available they gave another salad! The onion I ordered was pale and stinky

Staff were very nice & helpful, breakfast really good, gorgeous rooftop pool & restaurant, beds very comfortable.

Silly confusing console to control lights in room rather than switches on walls. Wi-Fi cuts off the minute you check out is really annoying. It's impossible for foreigners to get SIM in India so we relied on hotel wi-fi to call Ubers. Not helpful when it turns off before you even leave hotel.

The staff was well trained,the breakfasts buffet was amazing. The great plus goes for the panoramic view from the top bar and the swimming pool is a great refreshment.

The room was nice,the bed - very comfortable ,but fabrics used for lamps and sofa chair-a bit old and need changing. The windows need more cleaning and curtains were teared apart. The shower place needs more cleaning,cos of humidity...

l LOVED SO much about this property! The only “exception” was the spa. Poorest service(?) and customer service I’ve received at any spa anywhere! I’m thinking (?)run by different personnel than the hotel as the quality of staff/ service/experience was substandard at spa.

spa. the reflexology treatment was horrible. Trying to schedule other services (literally) impossible. Went in person to spa to do so, the woman could not even find a pen to schedule me! Never called as was told she would when I used MY pen to give info. I could go on… but why waste my time?

Excellent staff combined with a fine facility make this a hotel that’s easy to recommend. Major works on the highway in front of the hotel are outside of the hotels control but do make transport awkwards

Mosquitos are a problem here, the hotel does what it can, but be prepared.
