Amazingly beautiful property with very warm and caring staff. The resort general manager, front office manager and staff, F&B manager and staff, and housekeeping folks were each exceptional. Mr. Sudheesh went out of his way to help us out and make our stay very comfortable. Manjula too was the fountain of information and very warm. The restaurant chefs and staff remembered our personal preferences and seemed to intuitively know what we needed. Highly recommend this place!

We honestly can’t think of anything. Everything was truly amazing!

Went there for 4 days with family, we booked a cottage which was in the middle of forest. Cottage size was huge and it had with a lovely sit out area. The property staff was excellent and was always ready to help the guest. Hotel front desk manager Mr Debanjan Basu went extra mile to serve us and was very helpful. Their dining staff was also very good esp Mr Ram and served us some of things which was not included in their buffet. Overall we had a fantastic stay, it was very relaxing and a beautiful property. They also used to have live music everyday which was wonderful

Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent. Amazing spread. Constantly refilled, so it was always fresh. Plenty of staff are constantly on the go, cleaning plates and glasses to replace the ones taken. Available to give orders for eggs or dosas as well. All in all, a very sumptuous breakfast. Room: Very spacious. Had a big enough bed for myself, my wife and son. Very comfortable mattress. Had a table and chair, and a big sofa. A good view outside the room as well. A couple of chairs on the balcony, which was excellent in the mornings. Spacious bathroom, with a separate shower area. It had a ceiling rain shower. Room Service: Excellent Room service. Very tasty food. All the dishes ordered were good. Indian, Italian and Chinese. Very good cooks. They deliver the food to your room within 15-20 mins, still piping hot and fresh. Staff: Very friendly staff. They were able to handle kids well, which is not the case everywhere. They could speak Hindi and English. Very understanding and always offered help for anything at all. Location: It's right at the edge of the forest area. The roads to the entrance are good, just a bit of a patch till the gate, but once inside you are totally in a different world. Had facilities for cycles, and an area to play basketball or tennis. Great swimming pool, a separate one for kids as well. Excellent facility to walk around the entire property. Plenty of greenery so you will never notice the heat outside even during peak afternoon. Excellent for couples, families and business trips

A little on the expensive side overall, but given the facilities and how far they are away from the main city, its still reasonable. But it is a point to consider as not everyone may be able to find the value in it.

My daughter's third birthday celebration was exceptional. From the room's décor to the special request of Chinese cuisine and the staff's musical performance, every detail contributed to a memorable event. While the venue's inherent beauty is noteworthy, the exceptional staff truly elevated the experience. The hotel was lovely.. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was very tasty and the service and staff was very good.. the evening magic show and the live performances by the couple singing and playing the guitar was an excellent addition..the activities chart given to us during check in was a brilliant option and helped me planned my day for sightseeing..the gentleman managing the treks and activities was super helpful. The spa was good.. esp the lady who did the massage was excellent. My sr citizen mother enjoyed the experience and felt releif from her pain and aches. All in all, felt completely comfortable and at home, through our 2 night stay.. thankyou

Could have been at a hilly location so could have experienced the hills too

Lovely clean rooms surrounded by beautiful gardens, it was so peaceful. Such amazing staff - so friendly and always happy to make local recommendations/support your activities. The quality restaurant and live music in the evening really made the stay special, we didn’t want to go anywhere else. Great spa treatments on offer with talented therapists ready to help you relax!!

No big faults; probably the pool area could do with a little more love to make it as cared for as the rest of the hotel, but a nice pool is not the reason people visit this region !

Breakfast and location were both good. Also staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff Gautam and Darshan were great in providing information.

One suggestion is fix the road leading up to the hotel as it is a little bumpy ride and correct the GPS location as it showed a different location.

Location was superb, with a delectable spread. Variety of fruits and fruit juices during breakfast may be widened.

The quality of the food was not upto the Taj standards

I loved the room size and cleanliness.The bath rooms were clean and towels too.I loved the pool and the overall ambience of the hotel. The pool is very clean and made my trip very beautiful. The Coffee served at the hotel was always awesome

The food other than breakfast was not upto the mark,local cuisine was also tasteless and I thought it was not to Taj standards. The spa is quite ineffective with Kerala ayurvedic massages.
