Rooms, hygiene, staff, food, location, ambiance, parking.

1) Washrooms, some are at a height from room floor level. Difficult for guests to climb to get into washroom. For elders, it's dangerous too. Solution : Arrange a step at least in such rooms. 2) Restaurant not opened. So delays in room services. 3) Parking not sheltered. Vehicles get heated up. 4) In weekends, staff are not enough when occupancy is high. Food preparation is not proportionate to cater to the guests. Too many complaints from guests.

Hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Food service is pathetic. Took 2 hours to serve one meal. These guys have spent lot of money on hotel. But they are missing the key point which is food service. Also in breakfast very few options were given. If they can improve it then definitely they deserve a 5 star.

Staff behavior is something that we like, especially Mr Sumit; his behavior and attitude are very good and customer focused. Rooms were clean. The hotel atmosphere was good. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. The food was tasty, and the chefs did a good job. Restaurant staff are good.

1. For a hotel like CN Windsor, we expected a mini fridge in the rooms, especially for the "Family" room 2. Restaurants should have more support staff to handle customer load. Two are not enough 3. Fruits and fruit juice options are less compared to other breakfast items 4. The hotel should keep a few swimsuits available for customers to hire on rent/request. We couldn't use the swimming pool as we we were not carrying any swimming costume 5. The checkout process was a bit slow

The rooms were big, clean with all amenities. The staff was cordial and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool area is nice. Food was really tasty. The location is good, ample parking space.

The breakfast buffet has very limited options. Atleast 4-5 more items should be there for this price. Just a suggestion - for pool side, a few deck chairs can be added. Also for the room, a mini fridge should be provided.

It was clean, locality and good breakfast

- No good restaurants around and have to go with online orders. - They will not give complementary water bottles, give only 1st day. - They will not have any plates in the room if you place online order and when I asked first plates they were indirectly asked to place dinner order with them and they didn’t give plates(felt like that is little rude). - I stayed 3 nights, not even once they have cleaned the room.. Not sure need to ask them for it explicitly

Loaction is good, ambience is Excellent. quite place. as the Newly opened , restaurent, sure we will see next time improved facilty, Good place to stay ,, its better to have lift for restaurent , i think construction is going on. But beautiful place and gardening, parking lauge, my daoghter enjoyed,, the stay,,

going to restaurent in steps, difficult for only senior people, but as i have written in last review , construction observed. might be fixing lifts in future.

This property is new and located in the city center. Very near to the main road and not far from the main attractions of Chikkamagalur. Enough parking place for vehicles. Provided wide varieties in buffet breakfast.

Not adequately staffed so the service is obviously slow. Though there are wide variety of items for breakfast staff does not have enough experience to got disappointed with their service. Room cleaning was not done on the second day sighting short staffed.

The property was very clean ,spacious all the required amenities were provided in the room including dentals kits . It is much appreciated.

After we had checked out from our room we were immediately called back in ,from the parking lot and the staff told us that the bath towels were missing .. indirectly implying that we had taken them, while It was actually very visibly placed in the wardrobe.These things need to be double checked before jumping into conclusions and approaching the guests.

The breakfast was marvelous with lots of items. The location is also too good just 5 mins walk from national highway. The coffee museum was 10 mins drive from the location. The hotel staff also provided plum cake on Christmas day. The swimming pool attached the water was crystal clean.

As this property was inaugurated in nov'2023 so all things had a new type feeling. So nothing in this property that I dislike.

Breakfast was nice, but some more dishes and fruits could have been added to the menu. Some bakery items such as cup cakes and other items could have been great for children. Room size is huge and nice.
