Some facilities could be improved, as a 3*star hotel, Some bathroom items are not available for example sope, shampu, sanitizer and need to be kept or (frequent check-replaced) hand washer -liquid is must, skin moisturizer not provided, if more than two nights staying towels can be replaced, at each floor RO water purifier can be installed, or bottles should be supplied at least two in number per day. Very urgent attention is needed front door mud Floor mat, and inside bathroom door floor mat, balcony floor mat.

It was easy to get to the location. Just over 7kms from the city center. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms were well maintained. The view from the balcony was scenic. The fixed breakfast menu tasted great. Service was decent.

I think the service could have definitely been better. We weren't briefed about the cleaning schedule. The only fan in the room stopped working on the first day of our visit, Manager couldn't get it repaired on time but however offered an air cooler. The kitchen attached to the hotel closes early by 10 pm - it could really be an issue with travelers who prefer eating late.

Rooms were good and all of them had a balcony view towards the front. Although the place is located on a state highway, it was secluded and serene. The parking was more than adequate. It had a great food cafe just next door.

While we booked, we mentioned the AGE of the child as 16 and was charged accordingly. On reaching the property we were told children up to age 8 are accommodated free and they charged us for the child again. Why ? We did mention the age while we booked, right ?

Location is amazing. You can see Mullayanagiri from room balcony which was amazing. Greenery all around. Property is new and well maintained. The guy Kiran was very good and helping. Overall I we enjoyed it a lot as it was little far from town and at peaceful location. Also you can drive to nearby restaurants in less then 10 mins. Roads are good. Good parking space it has.

1. Food was very bad. We took complimentary breakfast which was not good also they serve very late after 8:30 they start even that time also service is very slow. We went in weekdays don't know how they manages in peak time. 2. No lift you need take stairs although it's having 3 floors in total I guess. 3. From front balcony view is good but room entrance is on backside of the building and there is no space between forest area and building. Monkeys roam around room gallery which is scary if you are alone. Too many flies in evening time our kid was scared of that. If you look that side in evening time Or after dark it's really scary. Any insect can easily come.

The rooms were clean and even the washrooms were clean good parking area

Reception is mostly empty, hot water issue in the morning, multiple follow up is required with the receptionist first getting single job done

The room is very clean and the hotel has good and efficient staff . They also arranged for a vehicle for one day travel from the hotel at a very reasonable price . The food was simple and very good. The view from the balcony was breath taking

The only thing i didn't like was we had asked for a dental kit or tooth paste, which was not provided.

The location of the hotel is great. In the evening, it feels great to just sit in the balcony because of the weather and location. The breakfast was also amazing.

The bed in the room was not good. The mattress was not in good condition.

It was very well kept and tourist places were pretty accessible.

You have to ask for room cleaning, they dont do it on there own.

I liked the location of the property and loved the views from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean as per expectations. That property is in a visible area to move around and go for the site seen in Chikmagalur.

Veg items are good but nonveg items are not tasty.
