Customer care is excellent. The place was squeeky clean. They go above and beyond to keep the guest comfortable and happy. We had a slight problem with the shower fixture and they attended to it and fixed the problem within minutes. Also everyday we stayed there we received a courtesy call to check if everything is fine and if we r comfortable. The breakfast spread is just amazing. I am a foodie who loves to try out different dishes everyday. 5 days was not enough to do that. Even during the peak breakfast hour, the supervisors made sure that the guests didnt have any pending live station orders by asking and checking on everyone. Loved the live tea stand there. They served different types of tea and the service was so quick!!! I appreciate and commend the work of Abhishek from housekeeping. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Also the concierge lady ( slightly mature lady whose name i dont remember 😔) who received us everyday; she was lovely 👍

I loved everything at the hotel; however the pillows (firm and soft); I found a bit flat compared to other holiday inn hotels that I stayed at. Holiday Inn pillows are quite different from other hotels and they are reeealy comfortable. But when we asked for new pillows we received some good ones 👍

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Cochin! The place is super clean, modern, and really comfortable. The room was spacious with a very cozy bed – I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout – check-in was smooth, and they were always around if I needed anything. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with a nice mix of Indian and Western dishes. I also really liked the pool area – well maintained and great for relaxing. Plus, the location is convenient, close to the city but still peaceful. Overall, it was a super comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in Kochi!

The price. It's still too expensive.

We fell sick and I must mention the help and care that your staff ( Rishi ,the Duty Manager, Rajnita from Reception/Front desk and Chef Ram ) took to make us feel comfortable and cared for .I must also mention Balagopal from Reception who did the checkin and took care to make us feel comfortable during his duty hours.Room cleaning , Bell Desk and Security were good and very helpful.

The In room dining staff did not seem to be sensitive to our problem and questioned our request for food that we could take because of our illness and inability to go for the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. In fact, one of the staff cut the phone when I asked him for help and said that the chefs were in a meeting at 3 p.m. Neither did they call back later in spite of telling him we were all sick and needed simple food.We could not have lunch as a result.Clearance of food and trays served earlier was also not done when serving later in the room .Keeping trays outside when one is sick is not very convenient.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner spread was great ! The choice of menu was predictable. They could do with some variety. The food was tasty, the restaurant staff were very helpful. The juice / soft drink at the buffet was very flavourless and cheap. For a hotel of this stature, you could do significantly better. The room was spacious, linen clean and hygienic. The bathrooms however were quite small. The staff were the best part of the hotel - whether at check in desk, or at the restaurant or the kerb. They were absolutely warm, pleasant and helpful !

For a hotel of this stature and in today's world, I am absolutely surprised that rooms still keep plastic kettle. It is absolutely toxic to heat water in plastic kettles. If I choose not to stay next time, it will be exclusively because of the plastic kettle. The bathrooms need a soap stand if guests do not want to use the soaps provided by the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and all the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

I normally don't allow the staff of any hotel to drive my car for parking. I was told that I cannot park myself and hotel staff took the car to hotel parking and brought back at the time of checkout. After reaching home I found that there was scratches on the rear corners happened from the drivers who took the car to parking. There was no scratches in my new Jeep Meridian car when it was handed over to the hotel drivers. Few years back, I had seen the rough and careless way of driving by the hotel staff in Abu Dhabi five star hotel when I was driving myself to the car parking floor. They just jump the speed breakers without breaking.

We received a very warm welcome when we checked in with welcome drinks at the cafe. The duty manager even sent some chocolates to our room with a welcome note. Anything we requested was done pronto. The breakfast was a good spread. Food was delicious for lunch at Masala Restaurant. Everyone was eager to help and to make our stay very comfortable. The security was excellent. They had a good number of staff and so everything was being managed by them so well. We were just too happy to have stayed there.

Nothing that I didn't like. I am very good at noticing errors but they beat me at it.

It was a quick visit and fair price. Staffs are generally good and the location is excellent.

Room was a smelly and it could be from the Aircon. In general the rooms does not seems to be maintained properly acc to international standards. Some staffs not aware of the international visitors requirements.

The hotel is very well located, next to the highway and is easy to access. It has good options for breakfast and dinner. I did not go for lunch but I assume restaurant is also open during lunch. The coffee shop is also great. The cleaning staff were excellent. I must particularly make reference to the person at the saloon who gave excellent service even though it was closing time.

The hotel has very little space around it to go for a walk,. The public streets outside is very crowded with traffic. So finding place to go for a walk in the evening was not easy. I found the dinner buffet bit pricy for Kochi (though spread was very good). The room had pen or paper and when requested at the reception, did not get a positive response. I indicated that for a hotel of this quality I am not making an unreasonable request!

Excellent Spread for breakfast but was very busy due to the holiday season. The hotel otherwise is very good in all aspects - just believe it was short staffed to handle the peak volume of customers during the holiday season while we were there . While we were leaving the attending Manager and staff realized we had a long travel back home and were very kind enough to organize some food for the journey for the kids completely complimentary - which was very thoughtful.

We were travelling with kids and asked for a room with a tub... but the tub was broken. One would think they would have checked this through before they allotted the room . We asked for a room change - it was few of hours and multiple follow-ups before somebody reached out to the Manager and made the change happen. Morning breakfast times had waiting periods of 15 minutes everyday to get into the breakfast area which was very frustrating.

Location is wonderful, In the heart of the city with access to most of the important places in and around the city, very nice Breakfast and the staffs in the front desk, greeting staffs who were outside the hotel and restaurant staffs were exceptional. Anu mole from the front desk helped in every possible way to make things comfortable for my family overall a good experience.

Stinky smell near the head side of the bed, which should be probably due to some leakage in the pipeline of the washroom
