We fell sick and I must mention the help and care that your staff ( Rishi ,the Duty Manager, Rajnita from Reception/Front desk and Chef Ram ) took to make us feel comfortable and cared for .I must also mention Balagopal from Reception who did the checkin and took care to make us feel comfortable during his duty hours.Room cleaning , Bell Desk and Security were good and very helpful.

The In room dining staff did not seem to be sensitive to our problem and questioned our request for food that we could take because of our illness and inability to go for the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. In fact, one of the staff cut the phone when I asked him for help and said that the chefs were in a meeting at 3 p.m. Neither did they call back later in spite of telling him we were all sick and needed simple food.We could not have lunch as a result.Clearance of food and trays served earlier was also not done when serving later in the room .Keeping trays outside when one is sick is not very convenient.

We received a very warm welcome when we checked in with welcome drinks at the cafe. The duty manager even sent some chocolates to our room with a welcome note. Anything we requested was done pronto. The breakfast was a good spread. Food was delicious for lunch at Masala Restaurant. Everyone was eager to help and to make our stay very comfortable. The security was excellent. They had a good number of staff and so everything was being managed by them so well. We were just too happy to have stayed there.

Nothing that I didn't like. I am very good at noticing errors but they beat me at it.

It was a quick visit and fair price. Staffs are generally good and the location is excellent.

Room was a smelly and it could be from the Aircon. In general the rooms does not seems to be maintained properly acc to international standards. Some staffs not aware of the international visitors requirements.

The hotel is very well located, next to the highway and is easy to access. It has good options for breakfast and dinner. I did not go for lunch but I assume restaurant is also open during lunch. The coffee shop is also great. The cleaning staff were excellent. I must particularly make reference to the person at the saloon who gave excellent service even though it was closing time.

The hotel has very little space around it to go for a walk,. The public streets outside is very crowded with traffic. So finding place to go for a walk in the evening was not easy. I found the dinner buffet bit pricy for Kochi (though spread was very good). The room had pen or paper and when requested at the reception, did not get a positive response. I indicated that for a hotel of this quality I am not making an unreasonable request!

Excellent Spread for breakfast but was very busy due to the holiday season. The hotel otherwise is very good in all aspects - just believe it was short staffed to handle the peak volume of customers during the holiday season while we were there . While we were leaving the attending Manager and staff realized we had a long travel back home and were very kind enough to organize some food for the journey for the kids completely complimentary - which was very thoughtful.

We were travelling with kids and asked for a room with a tub... but the tub was broken. One would think they would have checked this through before they allotted the room . We asked for a room change - it was few of hours and multiple follow-ups before somebody reached out to the Manager and made the change happen. Morning breakfast times had waiting periods of 15 minutes everyday to get into the breakfast area which was very frustrating.

I must mention the care taken by Rishi, the Duty Manager, Rajnita from the front desk for managing our issues faced and making us feel comfortable and cared for.I must also mention Aparna who made us feel comfortable. Bell desk,security and housekeeping were very helpful and ready to serve with a smile .The breakfast spread is also good .

We had extended our stay from 12 june to 14 june on half board basis because we were sick .In room dining did not seem to or want to understand our situation .

Staff, food

Room was not as per five star rating. Furniture was very out dated. Also little smell thru AC when turn on.

The staff across all areas—FrontDesk, Wallet Parking, Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, Luggage, and Dining—are excellent, respectful, and well-behaved. The breakfast was amazing, and we had a great dining experience. The location is also good.

Children had limited entertainment options. Board games like Chess and Foosball were only available in the bar, where kids weren't allowed, which was surprising. Other than swimming, they got very bored with little else to do at the hotel. The edges of the steps in the swimming pool are quite sharp and can hurt feet, especially when wet. It would be safer if they were smoothed.

The first experience that just blows you away is the wonderful people of the property. Smiling, well trained, professional. That was the best part. All requests from the room were taken care in minutes. It was so comfortable to receive the follow up call after each request is fulfilled. Other hospitality brands should learn from this property. My first Holiday Inn experience was awesome. Check-in and Check out was done so swiftly.

The Parking was a hassle due to some event going on. I wish that the property could prioritize the in-house guests for their parking requirements.

Traveling with young children can be challenging, and I was particularly concerned about getting around the city. However, the hotel took care of all our transportation needs seamlessly, which made our stay so much more relaxed. The food spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and kids alike. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the menu, ensuring that everyone found something they loved. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. A special mention goes to Girieesh, who was proactive in asking for feedback and swift in addressing minor feedback I provided on the first day. Thanks to him, our requests were resolved quickly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was arranging activities or simply checking in on us, they made us feel truly welcomed.
