What a wonderful place to stay in the hustle and bustle of busy Cochin. From the moment we arrived and all through our 8 day stay we were given star treatment by Abi and Nandana and the other incredible staff members at the hotel. It is immaculately clean, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms are well designed. On site restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner but I must mention it is a dry establishment so if you want a drink you’ll need to bring it in. Plenty of alternatives available as full fruit juice list. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff they attended to our every need, we had a flight change the day before our stay ended which caused us to have to take a very early morning trip to the airport (02:30) but Abi was still on duty to see us off . The pool is a great diversion for a spot of roof top beach time . There’s a spacious terrace to sit and relax after taking a dip. No quality issues as this is either a new hotel or recently renovated.

Not a great variety on offer for western tastes at breakfast although the chef will cook omelettes and if you enjoy spicy food for breakfast you’re well catered for.

We liked that it was budget friendly especially with a pool in property. The location also was quite good enough, right in the middle of the city. the food was really good. TO be honest, they could bring a little more variety in their breakfast menu. The room sizes were good, just that we thought it would be bigger since the pictures seemed bigger but they said it was the same size. You can still clarify ;) Staff was all nice and friendly.

We didn't like that they didn't have basic amenities like dental kit (temporary brush or toothpaste) or even slippers. I think the property should look into that since there are genuinely a lot of people that come into the property thinking it will be available there.

The location is convenient, not so far at metro station.

At the first night, when we arrived we were very disappointed because they said that the room was sold out. We remarked that we have reserved with more than one month in advance. But we had a happy end because of the hotel treated to have a solution for that night. In ge

I like fact that staffs are helpfull specially the FOM Shreekanth help me arranging the vehicle to visit munnar did check how it was all the way long. Local breakfast with fruit of the day and juice was ok too. Location was great that local and other shops are just very close by. Also not to forget the helpfull girl from the reception as well.

Everything was fine except for the noise of other guests at midnight (not much the hotel can do about this) and the fact that the a/c broke in the morning, making eating breakfast a barely bearable experience! Do note it is a 'dry' hotel, although you can bring beer in from a liquor store 5 min walk away. Staff were great, as was my experience in all of India tbh.

Absolutely amazing stay tthe property was perfect the staff amazing the room gleaming the roof top pool was a diamond amongst the chaos. Would stay agian when in Kerala ideal for the airport and any onward journey

Room and toilets are clean and comfortable.

The check in process was not great I waited for approx 2 hours .advance notice was given to the hotel staff member for check in time but when we arrived they told us to wait for 2 hours.

The rooms are value for money and the good location. The staff is good but sometimes you have to repeat yourself twice to get things done. Food is good, a decent spread for breakfast.

The swimming pool opens only at 8:30 when it is an open pool. Wouldnt people want to use it before the sun is out to burn you out.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The mattress was soft and a pleasure to sleep on. The staff were very obliging and extremely friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing about this property was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t very strong or consistent!

I had a pleasant stay at Q White Crescent, Kochi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
